Thanks to a ton of changes, additions, and improvements, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance has gone from being a great RPG to one of the best. Even if you played it (and finished) it back in the day, it's worth returning to this wonderful post-apocalyptic world of demons, angels, and challenging turn-based combat.

85 / 100 - V Rising
Jun 11, 2024

Thanks to its fantastic combination of action RPG, survival and vampirism, if you sink your teeth into V Rising you will be completely hooked (to the taste of blood) and you will not see the light of day again for a long, long time.

A ton of new features, very interesting gameplay mechanics, content to bore and, above all, a bullet of nostalgia that hits the mark: The Final Form is the perfect closure to 10 years of history and one of the best expansions of Destiny 2.

Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is the greatest graphical marvel that can be found on consoles, but in terms of gameplay it doesn't measure up and even falls short of the first. Yes, his "graphs" are going to leave you with your jaw on the floor from start to finish... It is a pity that the same cannot be said of other sections.

70 / 100 - Biomutant
May 13, 2024

The Nintendo Switch version of Biomutant is a great adaptation that, even with its cuts, faithfully reproduces the experience of the rest of the platforms. It is a pity that this experience is still very irregular in all areas.

It's not a game for everyone, but it's one that we'll never get tired of recommending. If El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron HD Remaster manages to "click" for you, you'll never be able to forget this biblical hack and slash.

77 / 100 - Stellar Blade
Apr 24, 2024

Stellar Blade tries to cover a lot more than it should and that ends up taking its toll, but when it focuses on the hard-hitting action and explosive sequences it's a highly enjoyable experience.

A simple and entertaining metroidvania that, although not one of the best in the genre, is able to connect with us like few games do thanks to its powerful message.

Final Fantasy XVI says goodbye with The Rising Tide, a new dose of spectacle that will surely please the defenders of the sixteenth installment, but that falls far short of the expectations generated.

94 / 100 - Dragon's Dogma 2
Mar 20, 2024

If you miss the days when playing video games was about sharing experiences and secrets with your friends and games where every step was a discovery, then look no further: Dragon's Dogma 2 is the game with the most heart you'll find.

Con: Operation Galuga successfully recreates the original game released in 1987 and elevates the show to a new level, but a number of issues (the controls, mainly) make the experience very frustrating.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth successfully recreates the original title, elevating this part of the story to new levels and betting on a game format that, without being particularly innovative, works wonderfully. It's immense, funny, emotional and very varied, but above all it's a fantastic remake that delivers on its promises.

76 / 100 - Ultros
Feb 12, 2024

With a gameplay approach that is as psychedelic, disconcerting, and unique as its visual style, Ultros is a constant stimulus for the senses. If you value originality and like different games, don't hesitate to give it a try.

Underneath all that layer of daily rewards, weapons with numerical percentages, and seasons full of promise, there's a genuinely funny and wildly fun Rocksteady game. A game that has turned out much better than we expected... But he also deserved much, much more.

92 / 100 - Persona 3 Reload
Jan 30, 2024

Although it lacks two key pieces to be the "definitive version", Persona 3 Reload modernizes a classic to the level of today's great RPGs and includes enough new features to tempt those who already knew it once again. The best of both worlds, as they say.

The great values of this remaster are the No Return mode, which highlights (even more) how brilliant its gameplay is, and all the light that the extras shed on the development of a work of this magnitude. The graphical upgrade is still a set-up for PS5, but for that upgrade price "I assure you I would do it again".

Prince of Persia returns in style with an exceptional adventure that excels in everything it sets out to do, that does everything so well that it's hard to find faults with it and that you never want to end. After many years missing, the Prince has returned, but he has returned as the king of action and platform games.

The Indigo disc is the highlight of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero: a quality expansion with lots of new features and content to stop a train. It's still struggling with technical issues and won't change your mind if you hate Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, but if you don't choke on the flaws, it can leave a great taste in your mouth.

75 / 100 - Trinity Fusion
Dec 15, 2023

A good roguelite that stands out for its action and premise, but that lags behind the greats of the genre. Still, if you like action and platform games and are looking for a new roguelite to get hooked on for hours on end... Look no further.

Echoes of the Fallen is a brief dose of "more Final Fantasy XVI." It doesn't do anything new and lasts a breath, but if you liked the main game here's an extra helping that will taste like glory.
