Overall, Armored Core VI is a highly enjoyable game, especially for mecha heads and sci-fi fanatics. While I wish the story got a lot more attention, the game does a great job of reintroducing old fans while not alienating new players.

3.8 / 5.0 - ANONYMOUS;CODE
Sep 8, 2023

Overall, ANONYMOUS;CODE is by far one of the coolest Science Adventure games I've played. While the story could have been fleshed out more, and the interactivity needs a lot of improvement, it doesn't change the fact that it is one of the few visual novels that display a significant amount of effort. As such, it is one of the few games that's an easy recommendation to sci-fi visual novel fans.

Overall, after all these years, Red Dead Redemption is still a great game that offers players a compelling narrative, a fantastic open world, and an overall highly engaging gameplay experience. However, the PS4 port isn't something that can easily be recommended to those who've already played the game and its DLC or even own the original bundle, at least at its current asking price. As such, if you've never played the game and are still interested in the port, I'd advise waiting for a sale or buying the Switch port, as that at least offers the value of playing the game on the go.

Overall, while not without its faults, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE is still a highly enjoyable and ambitious game with a good narrative, a mostly lovely aesthetic, and fun gameplay elements. It isn't a game I'd recommend to everyone, but it at least provides an engaging experience for mystery and Danganronpa fans alike.

Overall, Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg is an excellent remake of a great game. While some of the elements of the game don't carry over well for modern players, I still enjoyed my time with it as it excels at allowing players to spend time engrossed in its world through several engaging and relaxing elements in a way that only good retro JRPGs can. As such, if you're a fan of the atelier series or just good, relaxing RPG experiences then Atelier Marie Remake is for you.

75 / 100 - Decarnation
Jun 14, 2023

Despite several useless and unsatisfying gameplay elements, Decarnation still features one of the best stories I've seen in a horror game with a fantastically portrayed message both visually and narratively and lots of excellent references.

95 / 100 - Street Fighter 6
May 30, 2023

Street Fighter 6 takes the series to the next stage with a wildly fun fighting system that emphasizes personal choice. Each mainline Street Fighter tends to define its era of fighting games in some way, and Street Fighter 6 confidently steps forward to that next era. From its battle system to its bevvy of modes such as World Tour, it dives deep into everything that makes fighting games great.
