Critic Reviews for Oxygen
Overall, I like Oxygen; it offers a challenge and has great potential. But, unfortunately, it all feels a bit generic and much like any other survival game out there. Alternatively, if you hesitate to buy the game, you could try out the free Oxygen: First Breath demo on the Steam store
Oxygen offers an interesting twist on many City-Builder staples, especially when it comes to the setting. Unfortunately, the originality is not enough for the game to stand on its own, and I have trouble recommending it when titles like Frostpunk and Terra Nil exist.
Oxygen is a post-apocalyptic city builder where you develop technology, accumulate resources, and build advanced facilities in the face of toxic wind. And it's okay.
