The Life is Strange Remastered Collection will release in fall.
It has been announced that the Life is Strange Remastered Collection will be coming to the PlayStation 4 on September 30th (via PlayStation LifeStyle). The collection was announced back in March. The collection will feature both the original Life is Strange title, as well as its prequel, Life is Strange: Before the Storm. The Life is Strange Remastered Collection will also be a part of the ultimate edition of Life is Strange: True Colors. A trailer was released for the Life is Strange Remastered Collection, showing the new visual improvements, and can be seen here.
A number of improvements will be made to both Life is Strange and Life is Strange: Before the Storm. This includes remastered environments and character models. There will be vastly improved character animations, which will feature full facial mocap performance. The games will also feature updated and refined gameplay puzzles. There will also be improvements made to the lighting system for both titles.
The latest Life is Strange title, Life is Strange: True Colors, will also release in September. The game will feature a brand new protagonist named Alex Chen, as well as an all new mystery to solve. Alex has long suppressed her supernatural ability. This ability allows her to experience, absorb, and manipulate the strong emotions of others, which she can see as blazing, colored auras. When Alex's brother dies in a so-called accident, she must embrace her powers to find the truth. However, she will uncover the dark secrets being buried by a small town.
Life is Strange Remastered Collection will release for the PlayStation 4 on September 30th. Life is Strange: True Colors, will release on September 10th for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia.
