We now know when Kazuya Mishima will release for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

During a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate themed Nintendo Direct presentation, the game's next DLC fighter was given a release date (via GameSpot). It was revealed that Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken series will release on June 29th. He will cost $5.99, though he will also be a part of Ultimate's Fighter Pass Vol. 2. Kazuya will come with a new stage called the Mishima Dojo. The Mishima Dojo is a closed off room that features no platforms, though the walls can be broken through. He will also come with 39 music tracks from the Tekken series.

Kazuya Mishima is the fifth character to release as a part of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's Fighter Pass Vol. 2. Kazuya follows Pyra and Mythra, who were released for the game this past spring. The Fighter Pass Vol. 2 also brought Min Min from Arms, Steve from Minecraft, and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII into Ultimate. The Fighters Pass Vol. 2 can be purchased for $29.99. Each character comes with their own stage and music. There will be one more character releasing for Ultimate as a part of the Pass, who will be announced and released before the end of the year. There has been no word on whether or not we will see a Fighter Pass Vol. 3.

Also revealed were a number of new costumes for the Mii Fighter. There will be four new costumes that will release alongside Kazuya. The costumes are Dante from Devil May Cry, Dovahkiin from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Shantae from her self-titled series, and Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia. Shantae will be a costume for the Brawler Mii Fighter, while the rest will be for the Swordfighter. Each costume will cost $0.75.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
