The fifth Season of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout will start soon.
It has been announced that Season 5 of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is on the way. The new Season will begin on July 20th (via GameSpot). The new Season will feature a jungle theme. Developer Mediatonic had teased the theme with a puzzle that was solved in about an hour after it was released. The teaser art that was revealed after the puzzle was completed showed off some of the costumes that will be added to the game when the new Season starts, which include an adventurer's outfit as well as pirate costumes. The image also showed off a little creature named Sherbert in the bottom left corner, who is now a part of the game's canon.
Other than the reveal of its theme, Mediatonic did not give any other details about Fall Guys' fifth Season. However, the developer announced that they will be holding a livestream on July 19th at 8:00 a.m. EST. The stream can be viewed on the developer's YouTube page (seen here). It can be expected that the livestream will reveal new costumes, games, and more.
Earlier this year it was announced that the Xbox and Nintendo Switch versions of Fall Guys would not release this summer like planned. In May, Mediatonic made the announcement, stating that the summer release window would not give them the time to add a number of features that they wanted to include with the new versions of the game. This included the release of crossplay between all of Fall Guys' platforms. The developer did not let fans know when they could expect the Switch and Xbox versions of the game to release.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available now for PC and PlayStation 4. Nintendo Switch and Xbox versions of the game are on the way.
