A Starter Guide for Guilty Gear Strive's upcoming DLC character, Goldlewis Dickenson, has been released.

A Guilty Gear Strive Starter Guide has been released for Goldlewis Dickenson, the game's first DLC character, which can be seen here. The Starter Guide gives an overview of the fighter's special moves, giving players ideas on how to play him. Along with his special moves, we also see that Goldlewis will have a special meter that builds over time. The meter is the character's Security Level. As the Security Level increases, so does the power of his special attacks. This helps differentiate Goldlewis from the rest of the Strive roster, and will force players to take the meter into consideration as they use him.

Goldlewis will release for Strive on July 27th for Season Pass holders. He will then be available for everyone else on July 30th. Goldlewis is one of the biggest characters in the game, standing almost as tall as Potemkin. While he does wield a variety of weapons, Goldlewis also carries a large coffin on a chain that he can use to attack. Inside the coffin is an alien from Area 51, which can partially come out and assist him in his attacks.

Goldlewis is the first DLC character to release for Strive. He is currently the only character that has been announced. The game's second DLC fighter is expected to release next month. After that, the third character will release sometime in later 2021, with the last two characters of the Season Pass releasing next year. Strive's Season Pass will also include two brand new stages, both of which are planned to release next year. There will also be new content for Strive's Story Mode. However, this content is exclusive to those who own the Season Pass.

Guilty Gear Strive is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
