5.8 / 10.0 - Fearmonium
Dec 13, 2023

Fearmonium had all the credentials to deal with such a sensitive topic as phobia and depression in a sharp and interesting manner. Unfortunately, the reality of the facts is quite different, and it proposes an imprecise and botched title, which sees in its artistic compartment its only lifeline.

6 / 10.0 - The Inquisitor
Mar 16, 2024

The Inquisitor is a title that could really offer a different experience, especially thanks to a narrative compartment that is out of the chorus and hardly addressed in the videogame landscape. We feel like rewarding this departure from the Polish company's comfort zone, but we can't do the same for the gameplay and the technical compartment, which is really dated and unsatisfactory.

6.1 / 10.0 - Funko Fusion
Sep 16, 2024

Funko Fusion had enormous potential. The numerous licences, coupled with the experience of the former Traveller's Tales developers, promised to deliver a game that was both impressive and above all fun. However, the current technical problems and not-so-satisfying gameplay relegated it to oblivion, justifying its purchase only to those who are strong fans of the brands included in the work.

6.3 / 10.0 - MythForce
Sep 16, 2023

MythForce is a product that on paper has really interesting potential. 80s cartoons mixed with the roguelike genre are a fairly new alchemy for the gaming world. Unfortunately, the repetitiveness does not allow the title to fully express these values, relegating it to an anonymous experience.

6.3 / 10.0 - Dead Island 2: Haus
Nov 26, 2023

Haus adds almost nothing more than what was seen in Dead Island 2. The purchase is therefore only recommended for fans of the brand and those who want to invest a few extra hours in the company of friends.

Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator is a game with good intentions, but with several issues that limit its overall enjoyment. The attention to medical details is admirable and the simulation elements are well realised for those who are fans of the genre. However, a complex interface and lacklustre driving prevent the title from being one of the best simulator experiences around, relegating it as a product exclusively for fans of the genre and scope.

Red Solstice 2: Survivors Ultimate Edition is a content-rich package that unfortunately carries with it the problems of the past. The great underlying repetitiveness and the lack of clarity of the mechanics, combined with a really skimpy tactical compartment and a not-so-memorable storyline, lead the Ironward title to be recommended only and exclusively to those who can play together with a group of friends, an experience that gives a better and new light to the overall interaction.

It is said that he who is born round does not die square. This is the perfect summary of the remaster of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter. In spite of the good work done by Aspyr, the conceptual shortcomings of the original work all manifest themselves 22 years after its release, relegating the operation solely to fans.

The Mortuary Assistant is a horror title with an interesting and original concept that, given also the programming done by a single person, deserves a chance by fans of the genre. Unfortunately, the price to pay is a tangible repetitiveness of the actions and a less than excellent art section.

Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny is a project built with love and respect for Nickelodeon's history, designed primarily for those who grew up with its most iconic characters. The nostalgia factor works well and provides many moments of genuine pleasure, thanks in particular to the carefully crafted soundtrack and a cast of characters beloved by the public. However, beyond the charm of the project, the game does not always deliver on its promises. The gameplay is too often repetitive, the mechanics are shallow, and the progression is not varied enough to sustain the entire experience.

7 / 10.0 - Metal Eden
Sep 3, 2025

Metal Eden is a game of contrasts. On the one hand, it has solid, fast-paced and entertaining gameplay, a varied and well-designed arsenal, original mechanics such as Core-Ripping and excellent technical presentation. On the other, it suffers from a campaign that is too short, a forgettable story, and few opportunities to explore or experiment outside the combat arenas. Those looking for a fast-paced, brutal, and uncompromising FPS will find Metal Eden to be an adrenaline-fuelled experience reminiscent of the great modern classics. But those looking for narrative depth or longevity will be disappointed.

Echoes of the End is a title that thrives on contrasts: ambitious but imperfect, technically uncertain but artistically inspired, linear but enriched by interesting mechanics. It's the classic game that not everyone will appreciate: those looking for a bug-free experience with every detail polished to perfection may find it frustrating, while those willing to forgive a few flaws in exchange for atmosphere and personality will find it a noteworthy experience.

7 / 10.0 - Killing Floor 3
Jul 28, 2025

Killing Floor 3 is a smooth and immediate cooperative shooter, but too basic to be fully convincing. As it stands, the production lacks content, variety and depth. Survival mode is fun and well polished, but it's also the only thing the game has to offer, and after a few hours you start to feel the repetitiveness. The overall feeling is that of a project still in progress.

7 / 10.0 - The Precinct
May 13, 2025

The Precinct is a game that attempts to turn the tables by offering a GTA-style adventure in the shoes of the police. Although on paper the idea is interesting, in reality the good guys' part is not so exciting, although the narrative, artistic and driving aspects are to be commended. If you are looking for an unpretentious experience in the opposite direction to the classic criminal, The Precinct could be for you.

7 / 10.0 - KIBORG
Apr 29, 2025

Kiborg is a title with straightforward gameplay. The alchemy between the roguelite genre and melee and TPS components has a very interesting potential on paper. Nevertheless, after a few hours the spectre of repetitiveness knocks at the door, bringing out the limits of a production that could perhaps have dared a little more.

7 / 10.0 - FATE: Reawakened
Apr 15, 2025

FATE: Reawakened had the difficult task of reviving a beloved but long-forgotten series. And it does so… halfway. The graphical update is appreciable, the structure is solid, but it lacks ambition. No significant innovations, no evolution of the gameplay. If you’re looking for an old-school dungeon crawler, full of loot and with a cozy atmosphere, then it’s worth a try. But if you’re not already a fan, this remaster is unlikely to change your mind.

Undoubtedly, the package is designed for those who have never been able to enjoy the original works, as well as for fans of titles with the famous Danish bricks as protagonists. For everyone else, the product may not be very appealing, all the more so when compared to current LEGO productions, from which the wizardry necessarily differs in its mechanics and general offering.

Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate is an appreciable roguelite that attempts to gather all Hades fans now waiting for the second chapter, due next year. Super Evil Megacorp's latest endeavour, however, is a production that struggles to stand out qualitatively, mainly due to a shaky technical compartment and a difficulty set too low, all the more so when played in co-op.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox: Definitive Edition improves some aspects of the original version such as the approach to combat and some quality-of-life features. Nevertheless, most of the production limitations of the past can also be found in this new interaction, such as the sense of disorientation during exploration and a lack of accuracy of hitboxes and inputs.

Contra: Operation Galuga is a re-release of a cult game that is definitely worth playing for those nostalgic for the old Metal Slug-style run'n' gun games. Konami's production succeeds in entertaining thanks to a frenetic and satisfying gameplay, which is however counterbalanced by an unexceptional artistic compartment and by a longevity that is risible, even including the extra modes contained here.
