The Last of Us Part II Remastered was and still is an absolute masterpiece, one of the most significant games ever released and capable of leaving an indelible mark on the history of the medium, which sets the perfect example of how a work can evolve without getting distorted but truly improved in every single aspect, both narrative and gameplay wise. And so, just as Naughty Dog has created a title that reaches perfection, Nixxes Software has also been able to treat it with the respect it deserves, manufacturing a porting for PC that is extraordinarily optimized and capable of reaching 120FPS on high-end configurations with all maximum settings. An impeccable job for an unforgettable game.

9.3 / 10.0 - Splatoon Raiders
Jul 31, 2026

Splatoon Raiders proves that a spin-off doesn’t necessarily have to live in the shadow of the main series; on the contrary, it stands on its own as a solid experience that works perfectly even without the cornerstones that made the franchise famous in the first place. With a more polished and cinematic narrative, an extremely engaging gameplay loop, and a surprisingly well-executed and addictive looter shooter structure, the game easily becomes much more than just a passing diversion while we wait for Splatoon 4. In short, Splatoon Raiders is fun, surprisingly deep, and one of the best titles available on the Nintendo Switch 2, and we can confidently say it will be one of the games that keeps us entertained all summer long.

Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen is such a rich and well-crafted expansion that it could have been sold as a standalone title, and any fan would have been extremely satisfied with it. Not only does it add a new region with an exclusive storyline, introduce a brand-new looting system, and further refine the combat system, but it also goes back to the drawing board to improve certain aspects of the base game that had previously received quite a bit of criticism. It’s the expansion Dragon’s Dogma 2 has been waiting for, finally realizing a potential that, until now, had only been partially realized.

It’s hard for us to say whether Rhythm Paradise: Groove represents the pinnacle of the entire series. What we can say with certainty, however, is that Nintendo has succeeded in the difficult task of reviving a series that had been dormant for over ten years without betraying its identity—and, in fact, enriching it with a wealth of content and ideas that make it more unique than ever. In short, Rhythm Paradise: Groove once again proves itself to be a little gem, one of the most successful rhythm games of recent years, and a purchase that every fan of the genre—and, more broadly, every console owner—should seriously consider. And if this truly is the Nintendo Switch’s swan song, then it’s hard to imagine a better farewell.

The Switch 2 Edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is, by all accounts, the best version currently available of one of the most beloved JRPGs in Nintendo’s entire catalog. The leap in resolution, stability, and overall image quality is enormous, finally allowing players to enjoy Alrest with visuals that live up to its stunning settings, while the new content makes the adventure significantly more engaging and accessible for new players. Considering that the upgrade is available for just 10 euros, it’s hard not to see this as an extremely good deal, especially for those who already own the game; and if you’ve never played it before, this is probably your best chance to do so.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is a nostalgic dive into the history of video games, a perfect example of how the value of a work does not reside only in its modernity or technical cleanliness but above all in the heart and passion with which it was created. For those who loved the original or want to rediscover one of the highest moments of the Bethesda epos, this re-release remains an unmissable journey thanks to a renewed graphic design and small but precious QoL measures, as long as you are willing to turn a blind eye, at least for now, to a still uncertain stability.

Tomodachi Life: A Dream Life is a small miracle that fulfills the hopes of all of us fans who have been clamoring for the series’ return for far too many years. And finally, what once seemed like an impossible dream has come true, giving rise to a lighthearted, crazy, and utterly irresistible experience. The game manages to preserve the chaotic and unpredictable spirit that made the 3DS installment iconic, enriching it with a level of customization never seen before. At the same time, there are some questionable choices and notable omissions that prevent the title from fully achieving the status of a perfect sequel, making it, in fact, a game that is already extraordinarily fun but still has plenty of room for growth, especially in light of possible future updates.
