Nate Gray's Reviews

Fulfilling his passion in both art and writing, Jonathan 'Nate Gray' Burgos graduated from the Vermont College of Fine Arts with his MFA in Visual Art in 2015. Since then, he has entrenched himself in comics, video games and digital artistry, exploring non-traditional platforms of social and political discourse with the hope of their inclusion in the pantheon of creative expression. As an artist, he plays with concepts of gender, sexuality and physicality. In turn, this greatly informs his writing as he considers the liberation of his beloved mediums, now beginning to similarly explore controversial topics even against the grain of those who judge them for it.

Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed has fun combat that is trapped in repetitive levels filled with unrealized potential.

Potential for a great, genre-defying game cut short just as this Steampunk adventure truly picks up any steam. Feels more like a demo of a game than the entirety of one, making the $20 price tag for the PC version a hard sell.
