Josh (or J.J. as some have come to call him) has been an anime fan since he was young Indulging himself in classics such as Sailor Moon and Samurai Pizza Cats, Josh’s love for anime only spiraled out from there. Anime and Manga isn’t his only passion, though. He has also been a gamer for his entire life starting with the Apple VIC Commodre 20 all the way up to Playstation 4 / Xbox One. Josh also has a Bachelor of Arts in Game Design, is one of the co-hosts of the A-01 Podcast which deals with Anime & Manga and is also a self-motivated creative writer and has been creating original content for nearly 20 years!

Little Busters offers a great story with well-fleshed out characters. Their backstories make you feel an intangible connection to them which makes the big reveal of the story carry that much more weight to it. Whether you're new to visual novels or KEY in general or if you're a fan of KEY, it is highly worth your time picking this one up on Steam!

Accel World vs Sword Art Online is a hack and slash RPG with a lot of customization, but the game is hurt by its generic good vs evil story and complicated aerial combat systems.

In the end, I cannot recommend this game enough. The story is extremely engaging and written intelligently. Much like the previous installment, they handle the notion of time travel and its consequences with great care. Nothing about it seems too far-fetched, either. The series does detract from the humorous tone that it once had, though, but I’m not complaining about it one bit. The darker, serious tone still allows for some light-hearted moments, but when the drama kicks in, it does so in a way that makes you want to pay attention and keep pressing forward.

Steins;Gate is one of those stories that comes around once in a blue moon. Its amazing hook factor coupled with its well fleshed out and engaging characters makes this one of the best science fiction stories of the modern era.

Comcept and Keiji Inafune didn't knock it out of the park with Mighty No. 9, but they damn sure took a good swing at it. If people can pull their heads out of a certain part of their body and judge the game for as it is, I'm sure this game could, in the long run, be successful enough for a sequel and if that day comes, let us hope and pray that Comcept has learned many valuable lessons from this endeavor and do Mighty No. 9-2 the right way.

All in all, it was still a great game from beginning to end with a nifty little twist once you "beat" the game. It's addicting and really fun to play and it makes me wish for more turn-based RPGs. Even if Square decides to re-use everything again, I really wouldn't mind seeing a Bravely Third. If you're a fan of classic RPGs, then I believe that this is a must-have title. Despite its flaws, it's still a charming game that gives you a great dose of nostalgia while providing you with hours upon hours of entertainment you find yourself coming back to after you put the game down thinking you've had enough!
