61 / 100 - The Inpatient
Jan 23, 2018

The Inpatient is technically impressive and sometimes scary, but it´s rythm is too slow, and you can finish the main story within a couple of hours. It has different endings and collectibles, but we felt no urge to go back to the game once finished.

World is the perfect evolution of the Monster Hunter saga. Creature and level design is great, coop mode is incredibly fun and it´s weapon system is deep. We enjoyed every second of this gameplay that finds the perfect balance of following trails, collecting resources, studying beasts and killing them.

The game finds the perfect balance between RPG elements, construction games (mainly inspired by Minecraft) and the classic characters from Dragon Quest Series (designed by Dragon Ball author Akira Toriyama). It´s incredibly fun and deep either in story or free mode.

Night in the Woods tells a sad story in many levels. We love the art direction and the soundtrack (specially in minigames and dream levels), but it is not a game for everyone. Gameplay falls short compared to narrative elements.

92 / 100 - Bayonetta 2
Feb 14, 2018

Bayonetta 2 is one of the best "hack´n slash" games you can play in any console. It delivers intense combat, charming characters and non stop fun. On the down side, Switch version is almost identical to the Wii U release.

89 / 100 - Bayonetta
Feb 14, 2018

Eight years after its original release, Bayonetta has still great controls and combo system, and we love the references to classic Sega games such as Space Harrier or Hang On. Soundtrack is also great, but visuals are a bit outdated and the camera system fails sometimes.

70 / 100 - Apex Construct
Feb 20, 2018

Apex Construct is a first person adventure which makes great use of bow and arrow mechanics, and feels truly immersive in VR, but we found some control problems due to the unusual rotation system, based in a combination of pressing buttons and movement control.

Not a game, but a VR Learning experience aimed to younger audiences, Considering that, it deliver fun experiments, and a simple story. It is 45 minutes to one hour long, which is short even for a VR title.

78 / 100 - Bravo Team
Mar 6, 2018

Bravo Team is thrilling and immersive thanks to the PSVR and Aim Controller combination, but tactical elements are not well executed, and swapping between first person and third person camera breaks the shooting rythm. One of the best VR looking games for PS4.

Kirby is an enchanting, colorful and well designed platform game, which is even better in four player local coop. Sadly, the game (which feels like a direct sequel to Kirby´s Adventure for Wii) is too easy and short.

71 / 100 - Surviving Mars
Mar 15, 2018

Haemimont Games delivers a Sci Fi RTS deep and original. But Surviving Mars is hard on the control side (al least console version) and we miss some more variety.

Ni No Kuni II is a masterpiece combination of Ghibli style graphics, Joe Hisaishi music works and classic J-RPG gameplay (Level-5 signature). We love it´s colorful characters, moving storyline and varied game styles.

96 / 100 - God of War
Apr 11, 2018

Every single aspect in God of War works perfectly in order to create a violent, yet moving masterpiece. Probably the best looking game of current gen consoles and a deep story, whose only weak point is that we get the feeling that the best is yet to come.

An interesting adaptation of the Planet of the Apes franchise to VR, based in great motion controls in climbing and shooting. On the other side, adventure side is too simple, it is less than two hours long, and you won´t find many reasons to replay it.

Tropical Freeze is an old school platform game, so refined in every aspect (difficulty, variety and visuals) that even released four years ago, it is still one of the best in its genre. Switch version includes a new (easy) Funky mode and slightly better visuals, but it is still the same Wii U game

The most beautiful "beat´em up" of the past generation is back. Dragon´s Crown find a perfect balance between classic brawlers such as Golden Axe or The King of Dragons, and RPG elements, and adds an unmissable 4 player coop (local or online). This remastered version also includes 4K resolution (witch PS4 Pro) and a new orchestral soundtrack.

77 / 100 - Conan Exiles
May 14, 2018

Conan Exiles feels like an unfinished game. A unique survival experience, full of potential, but also full of bugs and broken elements. It may become one of the best in its genre, if Funcom continues working on it.
