After all the changes the series has undergone, the necessary reworkings have come together for what is a unique landmark in the adventure game genre that invites the players to decide how they wish to lead their epic journey in the vastest, most content-rich and visually superb Kingdom of Hyrule that anyone has ever seen. Reclaiming the crown that some had thought to be lost, Breath of the Wild rightfully puts Zelda at the centre of the gaming universe once again.

Majora's Mask 3D is all that a remake of the original could ask for. Not only does Nintendo deliver the original's immersive plot, extremely challenging temples, multiple side-quests and the overall gloom and sorrow that surrounds the adventure, it still finds space for improvements, even at a handheld level. Let the inexperienced be warned, though: this will not go easy on the newly-arrived.

Mega Man X Legacy Collection brings to the Nintendo Switch a very welcome compilation of four classics of 2D platformers from the 16-bit generation in an effort that adds new gaming modes and customization options to those recent and old school fans. New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe is, by itself, quite the appealing edition for players who did not experience the two Wii U games that this title brings together. And it does a very good job at that, thanks to its marvelous work at producing the ultimate version of those games. It's those who have enjoyed those experiences before that will feel most disappointed, however, as this edition does not bring anything truly new or significant for players well accustomed to the originals.
