Octopath Traveler successes in delivering a very good combat system along with gorgeous pixel-art graphics coupled with some post-processing techniques which make the game a very good choice for JRPG fans and those who want a more modern approach to pixel-art graphics. Its story offers 8 well-written different storylines that have English voice acting for main parts alongside Japanese, but unfortunately, it doesn’t have a unifying main narrative to connect all the 8 stories and there are also some grinding problems in mid to late game parts. Despite these minor problems, It is a must-buy for every JRPG fan.

Children of Morta is a well-made, standard and delightful Rogue-lite Action Game. The main theme of the game is about family and unlike other rogue-lite games that usually don't pay much attention to the story, this game offers a very good story about a lovely and mystic family. It is absolutely a game that rouge-lite (and rouge-like) fans will enjoy. However, even if you didn't play any game in this genre, I think Children of Morta worth a shot and I can easily recommend it.

Guacamelee! 2 like its predecessor is a must-buy game for every Metroidvania fan. The platforming part is well-made and the changing between living and dead world and also human and roster-form, make interesting challenges which are sometimes very hard. Combat mechanics are also well-implemented but most fighting arenas are mostly identical and feel the same in terms of level design. But after all, If you want a great colorful fun metroidvania game, Guacamelee! 2 is for you.

Mega Man 11 is one of the best action platformers of this generation. Like most of previous installments in this popular series, it is a very good mixture of Action and Platforming challenges that need your focus and fast reactions. The story –like other games in the franchise- is very predictable but it was never an important part in Mega man games. By considering all aspects of the game, Mega Man 11 is one of the best choices if you are looking for a high quality and challenging action platformer and of course if you are fan of Mega Man series. Capcom has done a great job with one of the most famous robotics of the world.

Tyranny has little flaws which prevent it becoming a perfect game but after all, it is a worthy CRPG. Obsidian knows how to make great CRPGs and after Pillars of Eternity, Tyranny is a good example for that. The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles is simply the best experience one can get from the series. It has a cohesive and exciting story with fun and well-written characters. Curse of the Dead Gods is a Roguelite game that combines gameplay ideas from different successful games to offer a unique experience. It may look similar to Hades, but other than a superficial similarity, it uses original art direction and creates a dark atmosphere. Unfortunately, it has some problems in the narrative, and the developers didn’t use the game’s full potential. At All, Curse of the Dead Gods is an excellent experience, and I believe Roguelite fans will enjoy it.

Horizon Zero Dawn is undoubtedly one of the best games of the eighth generation. After about 4 years, The Witcher 3 is still a great RPG game. The amount of content in this game is simply huge. This amount of content, along with deep gameplay mechanics, astounding visual art and dulcet music coupled with epic tracks make this game fantastic. The Switch port is a technical achievement for the developers and also looks good if you want to play in handheld mode, but it has some notable differences with other platforms that especially make the game, not the best option. If you need the portability of Switch for this game, then don’t hesitate and buy it, but for playing this on a TV or monitor, I suggest going with other platforms

Control is a unique game and probably the best game Remedy Entertainment ever created. The weird and mysterious story of the game along with believable and interesting characters are very good stimuli to continue the game and discover its secrets. The gameplay mechanics like throwing objects are very well made and feels good to use. The game also offers a very good visual experience both artistically and technically but it has serious performance problems on the base version of PS4 and Xbox One. At all, Control is a well-made game that offers an interesting experience. Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is one of the best Tactical (Strategy) RPG games of this generation. It has a very extensive class system and most of them are completely balanced. This offers a very good diverse experiences for every player. The Ringed City is a competent end for the Dark Souls Franchise. It has interconnected bigger places and better bosses than the previous DLC. Maybe some of the story subjects that were anticipated to be explained are not spoken in this DLC. But after all, if you have ever played any Dark Souls game, you should play The Ringed City. Only the last location itself worth buying these DLC.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury once again proves that Nintendo is the master of platformers. Even though the Super Mario 3D World was initially released for Wii U, it is still superior to most platformers out there. Bowser's Fury is also an excellent addition. It has some minor flaws, but the overall experience is delightful. There are some minor problems in the Co-op part, but, all and all, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury is a must-buy for anyone loving platformers or having a Nintendo Switch.

Total War: Warhammer is the Total War’s great entrance to the fantasy settings. This game has very different races and each one of them offers you a huge amount of gameplay. Wasteland 3 is an impressive CRPG that takes place in a post-apocalyptic frozen Colorado. Its main story and side missions feature believable, remarkable, and well-developed characters. It also has a robust combat system that makes you think very carefully about approaching your enemy and how you build your party members. Kingdom Hearts 3 is probably the best game in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. Each of the Disney worlds in this game is very well implemented both graphically and gameplay-wise. There are a lot of gameplay mechanics that makes the game interesting and exciting until the very end and this comes with gorgeous and beautiful graphics. There are few problems in the game that are not very important. One of these problems is that maybe the newcomers to the series will have problems understanding the story in the first few hours. The other one is the game is maybe not very challenging for Hardcore gamers. Anyway, If you have good memories with Disney Animation and Films or you’re a fan of the Kingdom Heart Franchise, then you absolutely should buy Kingdom Hearts 3.
