It’s Pikmin 3, a pretty great game from 2013 with pretty minimal additions, but that won’t matter as it’s now on a system that a lot of people actually own.

Unless you’re nitpicking, there’s nothing notably wrong with Team Sonic Racing, it’s totally serviceable and, yes, again, fun. There’s just nothing wildly exciting about it, either.

Concrete Genie’s biggest failing is how it had some many avenues to be ‘more’ than a good game, but never manages to fully traverse any one of them. It’s likely the best game from 2019 that you’ll have forgotten in 2020.

It’s hard to imagine moving house being this enjoyable. It’s equally hard to tell if Moving Out will serve as a cathartic release from cabin fever, or act as a depressing reminder of a more carefree reality.

Even pre-release, The Last Guardian received some flack for feeling like a holdover from a console cycle left in the past. Does it feel like a thing from the previous generation? When it’s this special, there isn’t a single good reason to even care.

Unscored - High Hell

Overall, High Hell is a pretty good game for… I’m not really sure. The quick, die-and-try again loop would make it perfect for Vita or Switch, but the laser-shape pinpoint targeting of your only firearm practically demands the precision of a mouse.
