I said at the begging of the review I didn't have high expectations, it's a shame the game proved less fun than I expected. Unfortunately, I did not get very much entertainment out of it at all. It felt more like an educational game for young kids trying to put things in the right order. Sadly, even those can be more fun. However, fans of the YouTube channel may get some entertainment out of the game, but I cannot justify the $4.99 price tag for anyone. Fans should probably stick to the YouTube channel.

2 / 10.0 - Pooplers
Mar 30, 2020

My time spent with Pooplers was disappointing as it wasn't fun. I thought to myself several times when playing, "Who thought this was a good idea?" and "People are expected to play this and enjoy it?" I would not suggest this game to be played at your next gaming party or at all.

3 / 10.0 - Cubers: Arena
Aug 29, 2020

I can say the story of Cubers Arena didn't really do too much for me. From level to level, the grind of the game left a sour taste in my mouth to where I couldn't help but wonder what's the point? Maybe Ballers is happier without his freedom. While the local co-op is a plus, Cubers Arena didn't have anything else going for it. Playing felt more like a chore than a game.

3 / 10.0 - Blindy
Nov 26, 2019

Given the difficulty of Blindy, it wasn't the reason I disliked the game but more of its lack of entertainment. Blindy as a whole left players in the dark with no real fun to bring light to this platformer.

3 / 10.0 - Community Inc
Nov 11, 2019

If Community Inc, sounds like work, it’s because it is. It felt like I was going from real-life work back to virtual work. I was initially very excited to be reviewing and playing Community Inc, the idea of it, at first view seemed interesting. Unfortunately, it falls victim to micromanagement with only a few feelings of surprise and accomplishment thrown in.

4 / 10.0 - Party Hard 2
Oct 31, 2020

I found Party Hard 2 lacking in anything to keep me interested. There are only so many times and so many ways you can kill people to end a party. The whole idea and concept of the game just felt generic and contrived in an attempt to be edgy. I find it very hard to recommend. Party Hard 2 is anything but a party.

4 / 10.0 - Gun Crazy
May 20, 2020

My time spent with Gun Crazy wasn't terrible; it also wasn't anything special. It felt like a half-baked idea that sacrificed length for difficulty. The game in its current state is hard to recommend, especially at the asking price of $4.99.

While Random Heroes may make a decent mobile game, the updated version—Random Heroes: Gold Edition—isn't really up to par, especially for the asking price of $4.99. It is an excellent example of why some games should stay on mobile devices.

4 / 10.0 - FoxyLand 2
Feb 4, 2020

Foxyland 2 may have made some changes and improvements, but it is still not a very memorable game. It is a shame as the characters have a bit of charm. Unfortunately, the game they appear in doesn't do enough to help them stand out.

Bookbound Brigade had the potential to be a good or even great game. Unfortunately, it fell victim to being dull and obnoxiously difficult.

4 / 10.0 - Delta Squad
Nov 18, 2019

Delta Squad not only suffers from lack of originality but also overall lackluster gameplay. The repetition in objectives and stage design made me feel like a zombie myself.

4 / 10.0 - Mochi Mochi Boy
Aug 19, 2019

Not enough to go around for the asking price when much better puzzle games are on the Switch. Aside from over 130 stages, this game doesn't have much to offer.

4 / 10.0 - STANDBY
Sep 19, 2019

Standby lacks that connection that makes you care about the tend goal. It got to the point where the levels were so difficult I couldn't care less about what happened to the little guy in the pea-green trench coat. I didn't have the motivation or inspiration to keep trying to help him escape the glitched world.

In the end, Siegecraft Commander seems to fall flat in terms of fun and entertainment. There are a lot of challenge associated with the game. It's not necessarily always a bad thing but in this case, it just did not work. Fans of real-time strategy games or any other game probably should look elsewhere for a fun and rewarding experience.

5 / 10.0 - TAURONOS
Dec 28, 2020

TAURONOS it's just a game that I could not get into. The puzzles seemed dull and very uncomplex. It felt more like a game that I had played on a mobile device years ago, not a game releasing on a console. Whether I am taking my Switch on the go or playing in my living room, there are many other games I'd rather play.

5 / 10.0 - Niffelheim
Oct 11, 2019

Niffelheim had plenty of good things going for it, without room for mistakes it kind of killed the flow of the game. With plenty of other good crafting action-adventure RPG games on the Switch, Niffelheim just failed to hold my attention.

My time with Braveland Trilogy was enjoyable however it still felt like there could have been a lot more done to add variety to the games. At the asking price of $14.99, it feels like a lot to spend on a so-so title, even if it breaks down to about $5.00 a game. It wasn't a terrible experience but when Braveland had something going for it, not enough focus seemed to be placed into it.

5 / 10.0 - Gurgamoth
Sep 4, 2019

With only one style of gameplay, just over a handful of stages, and only six characters that look generally the same, the $9.99 asking price just doesn’t seem worth it. Gurgamoth felt more like early access or a test demo than a full game.

6 / 10.0 - WRITHE
Feb 20, 2021

My first impression of the Writhe wasn't the greatest; after playing several rounds on each level, I started to enjoy it more. While it certainly lacks content, what is there is solid. However, the asking price of $9.99 is a little steep for the content available as of now.

While Cube Life Island Survival isn't terrible, it still isn't the best. It does its best to separate itself from Minecraft, but it could still use more work. Unfortunately, there are more well-polished games in this genre on the Switch. However, for players looking for a game in this style of gameplay, the $14.99 being asked is a fair budget-priced choice.
