Invisiballs is an interesting competitive local multiplayer game. The action is intense and the competition can get really heated. It is visually interesting, and the controls are very smart and tight. There is a surprising amount of depth in the gameplay, considering how basic the game looks on its face. It isn't without its issues though, with a poor soundtrack and game breaking cheesing being possible in 2 player mode. Overall, Invisiballs is a fun game if you have a bunch of friends to play with.

Three-fourths Home is a very well told narrative experience that will have you curious as to how it will all unfold. The characters are expertly written, and the way your answers shape the conversations with these characters makes then feel very human. The sound design and visual aesthetic are both superb, and help give the game character without distracting from the conversations. Unfortunately the epilogue after the main game drags the story down, ending the game on a disappointing note.

Bombslinger is an excellent take on the Bomberman formula. The changes this game makes feel like a step forward that the series it was based on should have taken. The controls are tight, visuals and sound design are great, and the gameplay is a lot of fun. There are some minor annoyances, but those are not enough to hinder the overall experience. I recommend this game to any fans of the Bomberman series, or even those who enjoy an arcade style game you can play with some friends.

Devious Dungeon is a lot of fun. The controls are tight, which makes the platforming enjoyable. The upgrade systems are fun to engage with and help you feel stronger as you progress. The procedurally generated levels make each run feel unique and helps add replayability to the game. There are some underwhelming sound effects and music, and the game can get a bit repetitive, but overall the experience I had with Devious Dungeon was a positive one. This game, I believe, is worth your hard-earned cash.

Shantae and the Pirate's Curse is platforming done right. From the tight controls, excellent level design, beautiful art style and great sound direction, there is much to like about Shantae's latest Switch adventure. There are many hours to enjoy with this one, and as such I highly recommend Shantae to any platforming game fans.

Dragon Quest Builders is more than just a Dragon Quest skin slapped on a Minecraft clone. The series heart and soul is all over this game and is sure to please fans of the series. The Minecraft elements are also more streamlined and easier to deal with for players not used to this style of game. The visuals are stunning, and the audio brilliant. The visuals do take a hit in handheld mode, and the combat leaves much to be desired, but the game's shortcomings are never enough to ruin the absolute joy playing this game gives you. It is much cheaper on other platforms, but even at full price, this game has enough content to make it worth your hard-earned cash.
