Grand Theft Auto V is The Sandbox, a magnum opus to which the adjectives fall short and which reaches the new generation with the necessary improvements to make the sandbox that Rockstar always wanted.

It is difficult to find faults with Starfield and those that we mentioned the truth is that they do not tarnish the final result. Starfield is one of the best games of the year (which is no small thing in this fantastic 2023) and one of the best games in Xbox history. Bethesda has created a game that will mark an era and that will serve as an example for other studios that are encouraged to undertake their own journey in space.

Gears of War 4 is the best game in the series to date. The Coalition has managed to solve the doubts that many players had and has brought us the beginning of a new trilogy that borrows a lot from the original but also knows how to create the foundations of something new with its own personality.

Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course is a perfect DLC to say goodbye to Cuphead and think about the future of the saga or any new IP that Studio MDHR can bring us. The DLC offers an expanded and improved view of the game and introduces a new playable character that completely changes the way we play.

Tales of Arise is one of the great adventures of this 2021 with a daring and modernized delivery, but that remains faithful to many of the bases of the saga. Its spectacular and fun gameplay joins a deep story with all kinds of characters which will not cost us too much to get a huge affection.

It was time to follow the good streak and is that Lost Judgment is, without a doubt, one of the most colorful games and with better graphics that I have played on my Xbox Series X. And that I have used the mode that prioritizes performance, but already in that mode the modeling, lighting and textures are wonderful. Yes, we still find some element in the scenario that squeaks, but the real-time modeling is a real madness.

Mafia: Definitive Edition is a spectacular Remake that brings us one of the games with the best graphics of the generation. Its exciting plot and great setting take us back to the 30s, where a taxi driver gets fully involved in a war between mafias that will change his life.

Gears 5 Hivebusters is an excellent DLC that expands the lore of the Gears saga and brings us moments of non-stop action. It's a great example of why singleplayer DLC should never die.

Judgment is a research thriller with an elaborate dark-themed plot that never ceases to amaze us with script twists, involving everything from criminal organizations to the Japanese government itself. This new version with improved graphics and 60fps performance enhances a game that was already remarkable.

Doki Doki: Literature Club Plus! is a unique game. An experience difficult to describe to those who have not yet played it, but who certainly remain engraved in the retinas of those who play it.

F1 22 is a playable delight that perfectly conveys the regulatory changes of the 2022 Formula One season. But, on the other hand, it loses the Braking Point mode in exchange for including Vida F1 and the Supercars, which end up being excuses for microtransactions and mere playable anecdotes.

Gears Tactics is pure Gears but exploring new horizons in terms of gameplay. The strategy suits the Gears saga great and Gabe Díaz is a most interesting character who brings us a history of Gears in the old way.

Yakuza 5 Remastered is the best installment in Kiryu's remastered trilogy, but it's still a poor effort by RGG Studio to adapt the game with better graphics and even controls. As a game, it is one of the best in the entire series and its scale and ambition are as big as any AAA with infinitely more budget.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is the best way to enjoy an adventure that has been with us for 7 years, as well as to pay tribute to Telltale. The extras and the new graphic style feel great.

Road 96 is a very good game, with some secondary characters that become main. The way of telling the story through a character who is a "spectator" but whose decisions influence the world and those around him is a success.

MotoGP 22 proves once again that Milestone are masters of motorcycling. This year's installment pays tribute to the 2009 season with a "documentary" style mode that is a success, accompanying the modes of last year forming the definitive experience for the MotoGP fan.
