Natsuki Chronicles is a great surprise in a genre already quite familiar to players, especially those with a long history, and offers everything that works in that genre: unrestrained action, chaotic artistic style and refined gameplay. While it is not so innovative, it offers a very rewarding experience for the enthusiasts of shoot'em up games.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood is fun when we ignore some of its most severe limitations. It's a good mix between stealth and hack n 'slash action with a somewhat one-dimensional protagonist as in a good action movie from the 90s, but that at the same time begins to build an interesting universe full of possibilities.

My Universe – Pet Clinic Cats & Dogs has good intentions and some great ideas for interaction, illness and pet care. But even being cute and casual enough for the target audience, it offers extremely repetitive actions and an evolution system that requires you to continue performing actions until the point of nausea. It has flawed mechanics, an aesthetic execution far below the platform and design choices that do not quite know the platform where they are.

75 / 100 - Gods Will Fall
Feb 3, 2021

Gods Will Fall brings a very intense experience when proposing rigid systems of progression and combat. The title values planning, paced movements and learning, even if it does not offer particularly complex mechanics to master. With some aesthetic limitations and a not-so-original narrative, it manages to engage the player for the challenging adventure and the desire to see each deity, finally, defeated.

Windfolk: Sky Is Just The Beginning offers a light, relatively short and hassle-free adventure. With simple and well executed mechanics, it brings fun in the flight systems, but a combat without much shine. Artistically, it has higher than low, while narratively it owes little to exploring the world it created himself.

Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead manages to add the best in the simulation franchise of creating bridges and walkways and the great post-apocalyptic setting of the traditional TV series. With confusing commands, but a functional interface, it brings great challenges, a sufficiently well-structured story and abuses the unorthodox creativity of the player.

70 / 100 - Tesla Force
Jan 6, 2021

Tesla Force is not one of the most original games of its kind, and it lacks aesthetic aspects that could be better explored. However, it has a solid roguelite system, functional mechanics and a challenge that works, even though it is always on the threshold between a productive reiteration and excessive repetition.

Immortals Fenyx Rising may not be the most original game in the universe, but it manages to appropriate many of the best game features that have inspired it to create something new, fun and captivating. By offering a great balance between combat, puzzles and exploration, as well as a well-resolved artistic style, it proves to be one of the best surprises of the year.

70 / 100 - Unturned
Nov 27, 2020

Unturned is very competent in what it proposes and proves to be quite complete and complex for enthusiasts of survival games in the open world. Its combat system is somewhat truncated and the artistic construction is irregular, but its crafting and evolution mechanics are good enough for several hours of fun, whether playing alone or being accompanied.

80 / 100 - Faeria
Nov 26, 2020

Faeria is a great card battle, with a beautiful visual presentation, lots of content and a well-balanced gameplay system. The expansion system seems too aggressive and the interface may not be so friendly at first, but for fans of the genre, the game offers many of the best solutions for it.

In a niche little served by larger budget productions, Paw Patrol Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay stands out exactly for offering the simple very well resolved. The game is as beautiful as the animation on which it is based and manages to have the charisma to attract and keep the attention of children, and if it fulfills this role well, even offering zero challenge and little replay value, it is a beautiful addition to the collection of any parents.

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin is a game divided into two very well designed and distinct parts, but which at the same time are able to relate in a very cohesive and functional whole. Sometimes, it has a preciosity in the narrative cadence, but it has great mechanics both in combat and cultivation, a charming story and very good visuals.

85 / 100 - Ghostrunner
Nov 8, 2020

Without mercy, Ghostrunner is one of those games that you will hate the fact that you don't want to stop playing even when it looks like you've reached your limit. Narratively it does not present anything very significant, but it is visually incredible and presents agile and aggressive gameplay, and it does perfectly well what it proposes, even when it flirts with punitive exaggeration.

Cobra Kai The Karate Kid Saga Continues brings good doses of nostalgic fun, but presents some technical and audiovisual problems that cannot be ignored. There are qualities, such as a big progression system, good humor and a wide variety of characters and special movements, but those who are not fans of the genre or the franchise will find few attractions here compared to similar games on the market.

85 / 100 - Wonder Blade
Nov 1, 2020

While originality is an important aspect, Wonder Blade is so adorable that it is virtually impossible not to like it. Everything works especially well, even though it is strange to have to go back to the initial menu to evolve some aspects of the character. The artistic style, animations and gameplay flow and the narrative and progression simplicity attest positively to the work.

75 / 100 - The Survivalists
Oct 28, 2020

The Survivalists is not one of the most original games of all time, but it manages to deliver everything that it proposes to the player, with a great creation system (although it is more truncated than it should be), a neat pixel art look and secrets every time more curious for the more dedicated, offering an extra dose of fun to play alone or with other people.

9 Monkeys of Shaolin is a complete beat 'em up, with the best characteristics that enshrined the genre. Despite some slippage of pace, some technical limitations and a certain lack of variety of enemies and missions, it has a neat aesthetic and well-implemented mechanics, and manages to tell its story in a very competent way.

75 / 100 - Unrailed!
Oct 21, 2020

Thinking about the scope of production and the result presented, Unrailed! is a good recommendation for anyone looking for something light and without that mandatory constant engagement and it works even more playing with the crowd. In the total absence of any narrative line and with a very characteristic look, it is in the simplicity of the mechanics where the game finds its greatest assets.

70 / 100 - Ride 4
Oct 15, 2020

Ride 4 is definitely a niche game, not only because of the theme, but because of the level of technical demands it proposes. Visually, one of the best of its kind, it brings a lot of content for lovers of the two wheels, but with a flawed artificial intelligence and a cruel learning curve, it is recommended only for specialists, or at least, for the most patient.

Panzer Dragoon: Remake is undeniably very faithful to the original SEGA Saturn game and, therefore, an appeal to nostalgia. However, it is so faithful that at times it seems limited to a restricted and confusing gameplay. If the audiovisual received a decent and adequate update, there was a lack of boldness in bringing the game to the present day in other areas.
