Rocket Arena is a fresh approach on 3-v-3-multiplayer. Rocket-jumping and bazooka-shooting is enjoyable for a short amount of time. Yet again, the cartoony artstyle and the lack of content hurt the overall experience.

WWE 2K Battlegrounds turns out better than expected and delivers some fun arcade-wrestling with friends for a couple of hours. Nonetheless the game lacks depth and versatility. Most importantly the omnipresent microtransactions really hurt the overall feel for the brawler, which could have wound up far more enjoyable than it actually did.

„Destiny 2: Beyond Light“ starts a new era for Bungie's loot-shooter. But as interesting as the new moon Europe is and as good as the stasis-abilities are, the overall „Beyond Light“-package does not live up to this hype. After many years of "early retirement", "EA Sports PGA Tour" is at its best. The action on the course is clearly in the foreground: The golf gameplay convinces and is pleasantly demanding thanks to stroke variations and adjustments. For beginners, there are help functions and challenges that help you overcome initial difficulties. The career mode is motivating and, with its many customization and optimization options, offers sufficient scope for longer sessions. Overall, however, this type of game is unfortunately also presented in a very unspectacular way. Even with a comparatively quiet sport like golf, there is simply more. All in all, however, "EA Sports PGA Tour" delivers well in its comeback and is technically a real feast for the eyes.

LEGO 2K Drive is an absolutely enjoyable and family-friendly fun-racer in an open-world-environment. The game transports the LEGO-formula very well and along with its unique humor, LEGO 2K Drive is a racing-game that stands out. "MotoGP 23" misses out on a direct jump to pole position. Because as coherent as some new features such as the dynamic weather or the extended tutorials are, the game unfortunately lacks depth and atmosphere off the track. The presentation is as staid as usual, and the gameplay remains too niche to really convince every racing fan to get started. Problems in the game balance and in the long-term effect are added. "MotoGP 23" offers intense and realistic racing action for those who don't care about the trappings.

"Immortals of Aveum" surprised us positively for long stretches, but above all it entertained us very well. Despite obvious weaknesses, such as the overall boring game world and the story, which is too much based on fantasy clichés, the first-person adventure always brought us back to the action. The fights are very varied thanks to the wide range of magic possibilities and, despite all the speed, also offer a good deal of complexity and tactics. The controls prove to be first-class during battles or even exploration of the environment. And even though "Immortals of Aveum" would certainly have been more possible in terms of story and game world, the game still delivers over 20 hours of good shooter entertainment.
