88 / 100 - WWE 2K24
Mar 7, 2024

This is a new installment that still does not rest on the laurels achieved by the previous ones and continues to add details that make fans happy. Maybe if you are not a die-hard fan of the discipline and you have WWE 2K23 in your possession you do not want to immediately change for this new version given the subtle novelties, at least until it drops in price, but if, on the contrary, you are passionate about WWE, I would tell you not to hesitate and buy it right now, just the impressive roster it has, even without the DLCs already makes it worth the expense.

The Outlast Trials is not the Outlast 3 that many fans of the saga not only expect but crave very strongly, but this does not mean that it is not a game to miss, especially for those who have played the first two titles. As it is a prequel, the newcomers will not feel excluded from the story either, so at the hooking level, everything closes.

Riot Forge adds one more point in its crusade to expand the League of Legends universe with a very interesting adventure located in that universe and that may well not be and would still be a good title. In an era in which adventures seem to be scarce and good be the exclusive heritage of great sagas like Zelda, or memories like Banjo Kazzoie, new protagonists for the genre are always welcome, Song of Nunu is one of them.

87 / 100 - Tekken 8
Jan 23, 2024

Bandai Namco's new installment has that magic of a select few that makes you fall in love with a formula repeated for 30 years with just a few adjustments, but that not only doesn't get tiring, but feels renewed and motivates you to enjoy it.

I consider this new installment of Warhammer to be an invitation to newcomers, not only to the franchise, but also to the genre. Frontier manages to bring players into the universe in each battle with outstanding art that makes the gameplay pale and does not favor the scarce variety of factions and missions due to its own qualities.

The idea of combining puzzles with rhythm is really good and is excellently executed because it invites those who are not very fond of rhythm games, as is my case, without disenchanting those who are. The story is entertaining although it takes a complete background given the characteristics of the title, although it makes sense that it is present to give it a framework.

73 / 100 - Kona II: Brume
Nov 30, 2023

I think that Kona II: The Brume is a title that can be of great interest to survival horror fans in general and in particular to players who have enjoyed the first installment. I think that the Canadians of Parabole managed to improve what they already did in the first installment, but they stopped too long to expand the fights that were not the core of the story and are not, either, the main reason why players of the genre choose the titles in it.

83 / 100 - Jusant
Nov 14, 2023

Even if I tried hard not to recommend this game, I don't think I would find them. Jusant is an ideal game to relax, have fun and enjoy a really pleasant and fun experience that manages to hook and captivate you from the first moment.

Originally conceived as a DLC, perhaps that's why it's smaller in size, and developed in just six months by Ryu Ga Gotoku, Like a Dragon: Gaiden – The Man Who Erased His Name is a very worthy installment of the saga, and although it may not add any significant novelty, seeing Kiryu in action on the streets of Japan is always something extraordinary. as is the fact that such a long-running saga doesn't feel heavy or repetitive.

80 / 100 - Sonic Superstars
Oct 27, 2023

With Sonic Superstars I think Sega, for once, listened to what fans have been asking for years and upped the ante by improving the classic and not staying with a timid installment without risking anything. Don't get me wrong, the game isn't perfect, but I think it knows how to capture the essence of the Sonic that many of us grew up with and gives it just the right additive to attract new generations and enchant longtime fans.

73 / 100 - VISCO Collection
Oct 26, 2023

An excellent opportunity to enjoy seven classic games without leaving your Xbox, or looking for emulators, roms and other tools. The compilation is good, with a varied selection to appeal to different types of players, although it could have differed a little more in some cases such as FlipShop and Bang Bead, or included more games, although the price/product ratio I think is in favor of the player.

73 / 100 - Trepang2
Oct 19, 2023

Trepang Studios' title has the potential to capture that audience orphaned by simple, action-packed stories that seem almost exclusive to another era. Trepang2 carries a name that may not attract attention, but it is undeniable that many players will be captivated by its nostalgic proposal of FPS from the 2000s and its formula of constant action despite some quite visible flaws.

80 / 100 - Nova Lands
Oct 11, 2023

Nova Lands is an indie title that has all the options that a AAA title of this genre can have. It's fun, addictive and never boring. If you like this type of games, I'm sure this production will catch you from the first minutes; Without trying to reinvent the genre, it avoids being a copy and paste of other famous titles and proposes very interesting mechanics without adding absurd complexity.

83 / 100 - Mortal Kombat 1
Sep 17, 2023

The new installment of Mortal Kombat 1 does almost everything right and opens the door to a new era of the most brutal tournament between the worlds. With modes that promise, completely new mechanics for the franchise and many characters and content to come, the latest version of the saga of NetherRealm Studios will not find any difficulty in making a place in the hearts of fans and also those who take advantage of the reboot to start knowing the IP. It's never too late for someone to arrive for the first time in Mortal Kombat, especially for an edition that can be considered, perhaps, the best of the IP.

We are facing a DLC that continues to bathe in the charm of the base game and in turn adds quality and a totally renewed challenge that will take time to master, but that knows how to conquer the hearts of the players blow by blow, pizza by pizza. The only disturbing thing is not knowing if we will have more additional content in the future, but for the moment, what arrived is more than enough. Cowabunga!

Punch Club 2: Fast Forward is a very worthy sequel to an extremely original game. While those who have played the first part will see many similarities and can be criticized that this second part does not break the mold at all, I think that the futuristic setting, with all that this entails, opened many doors to different characteristics very interesting to master.

80 / 100 - F1 Manager 2023
Aug 14, 2023

Frontier was encouraged little in this new edition, the truth is that it followed a continuous formula with minimal variations in a new installment that many may feel more like an update of F1 Manager 2022 than a full-fledged new game. The title itself does not disappoint, the new game modes are a very interesting addition and if you do not have the 2022 edition and are passionate about Formula 1, I would tell you to buy the game right now, if on the other hand, you have already won the first installment and you are looking for a brutal improvement and many new features, I am sorry to tell you that you will not

78 / 100 - GYLT
Jul 24, 2023

I enjoyed playing Gylt, I think it's a title that deserved to be rescued from the Google Stadia debacle and I think it's a game that is encouraged to tell a deeper story that nuances with graphic horror but that can be quietly the life of a troubled teenager and I think the storytelling does a great job of leaving the player thinking, Remembering other times, perhaps in which all of us have undoubtedly been witnesses, victims and sadly victimizers of bullying.
