7 / 10 - Scarlet Nexus
Jun 23, 2021

With engaging and varied combat, gorgeous visuals and a memorable soundtrack, Scarlet Nexus is definitely worth your time, especially if you call yourself a fan of anime media. On the other hand, repetitive missions, the story which feels like a drag and lack of meaningful progress hurt the overall experience, which could have been much much more. Still, we recommend you give this one a go!

8 / 10 - F1 2021
Aug 3, 2021

F1 2021 doesn't bring many changes over F1 2020 but its additions are more than enough to make it feel fresh, engaging and keep our hands glued to the steering wheel for a long long time. It's the best that franchise has ever been and we strongly recommend it to all the fans of the highest class of racing out there.

9 / 10 - Psychonauts 2
Aug 23, 2021

Double Fine's sequel to the classic action-adventure platformer from 2005 is everything we hoped to get from Raz's new adventure. Its charming but hilariously written characters and story, stupidly fun platform sequences, gorgeous level design and stunning art style make it a serious game of the year contender.

Over a decade since the original dropped on Xbox 360, Remedy Entertainment's thriller-horror Alan Wake still has the capacity to outshine modern horror games that rely on cheap jump scares, leaving aside the most important aspect of a true horror story - creating an eerie atmosphere with excellent writing, story and characters.

7 / 10 - New World
Oct 8, 2021

New World can be described as a work in progress, one that is of very high quality, with the core game's mechanics being in place and ready to take the brunt of a top-tier title, but there is still not enough meat on the figurative bones.

In its current state, Battlefield 2042 is not worth your money but there is hope that later in 2022, this can become a shooter that fans of the series were hoping for.

Dying Light 2 is an improvement on the original in almost every way despite not being the game that we've seen several years ago. Some of its promised features feel downgraded but overall, it's a well-structured title with a stunning open world that is packed with detail at every corner.

9 / 10 - F1 22
Jun 27, 2022

F1 22 is a very good game, and fans of the game should enjoy it as well as previous editions. It has enough changes to avoid yearly FIFA talk about it being the same game but keeping the core to easily allow older players to adapt to the new game.

8 / 10 - Soulstice
Sep 20, 2022

Soulstice is truly one of the best games I've played this year. It does many things right but doesn't have any real weaknesses. It plays well, looks stunning and has a pretty decent story to keep you going until the end. It's easy to recommend to both fans who love hack and slash titles and those who don't usually play such games. Overall, Soulstice is a pleasant surprise that you don't want to miss.

I don't think Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is a bad game, it's just incredibly boring for a Call of Duty campaign. It's just not as memorable and won't stick with me for years as some other Call of Duty campaigns did. Perhaps I should learn to keep my expectations in check from now on but even if I went in expecting nothing, I'd say Call of Duty is just an okay game that could be worth your time if you're a die-hard fan.

95 / 100 - Pentiment
Nov 14, 2022

Obsidian's Pentiment is a multi-layered masterpiece full of endearing characters, compelling stories, and disturbing secrets that await you at every corner of this carefully crafted world. It's a charming video game that discusses difficult social themes and struggles of ordinary people, acting as a history lesson that will stay in your memory for a long long time, as every masterpiece does.

50 / 100 - Gungrave G.O.R.E
Nov 22, 2022

Gungrave G.O.R.E should've stayed in the 2000s. Its simplistic design doesn't work in the modern day of video games where similar action titles offer much more than just brutal combat. G.O.R.E lacks depth in almost every single way. Its level design is stuck in the past, visuals are outdated and gameplay just doesn't do enough to make this a title worth your time.

The Callisto Protocol simply isn't scary, doesn't play well and has nothing to hook you into its world. It's a poor excuse for a horror game and you're better off waiting for Dead Space Remake than spending $70 on this one.

100 / 100 - Hi-Fi Rush
Jan 26, 2023

Hi-Fi Rush has pretty much everything that makes a video game fun and even more importantly it's not trying to be overly precise and challenging like many other rhythm-based games. It's a complete package that hits the right notes over and over again, proving that big publishers should just let developers create games they really want to create.

78 / 100 - Hogwarts Legacy
Feb 6, 2023

I guess the level of enjoyment you get out of Hogwarts Legacy depends on your knowledge of the Harry Potter universe. The more you love this world the more you’ll enjoy Hogwarts Legacy. It’s as simple as that. This doesn’t mean that there’s nothing here for those who are just getting started with Harry Potter or just want a fantasy world to explore - there certainly is - but Hogwarts Legacy truly feels like a love letter to the fans of J.K Rowling’s work, above all.

60 / 100 - Scars Above

70 / 100 - Redfall
May 2, 2023

Despite some obvious flaws, Redfall is still an enjoyable experience even if you don't have a buddy or two to help you out in staking those bloodsuckers in co-op. Arkane once again managed to create an immersive, atmospheric world with their signature environmental storytelling and gameplay. While Redfall definitely isn't the studio's strongest game to date and can feel a bit undercooked I couldn't put it down as I had a blast wandering around the vampire-infested streets and countryside of this cosy American town.
