Bungie seems to have Destiny 2 where it belongs and that is in the heart of true Destiny fans. It’s been a long road but personally, I think it was worth the wait. This DLC is great, funny and compelling

My final thought towards WWE 2K22 is that the difference between this one and the previous instalments is night and day. Each game mode is great and it always pushes you towards that one last game. It is every wrestling fan’ dream come true from making matches like The Rock and The Undertaker to dream matches like The Big Boss Man and Rey Mysterio. You owe yourself as not just a fan of the WWE franchise but as a game so that’s why I’m going to give WWE 2K22 the Thumb Culture Platinum Award.

Sally Face is that this is a game that will make you go through so many emotions. You will laugh and you will cry. I have spent so many hours on this game and was just blown away from start to finish.

hicken Police – Paint It Red is that words absolutely cannot give this video game any kind of justice it deserves. It is a marvel of a game and it is easily the best video game I have played this year so far.

My final thought on Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is that maybe, just maybe the Nintendo Switch could have found its game of the year. It's an experience that will stay with you forever and has the ability to make a grown man cry. Words are pointless right now so all I'm going to say is. That if you have a Nintendo Switch then it is an absolute must to play this game. So it's with great pleasure that I give Xenoblade Chronicles 3 the Thumb Culture Platinum Award.

8 / 10.0 - Bloodshore
Nov 3, 2021

Bloodshore is the game that just keeps on giving when it comes to replayability. While the longevity of a single playthrough is roughly around two hours. The number of choices that the game has to offer will always give you another playthrough. There are so many different endings and choices and different narrative choices to make. I would estimate that there are at least 20 hours of gameplay to keep you going back. Because trust me when you finish one playthrough. You just have to play another one to see a different outcome by making different choices from the previous game.

My final thought on Edge of Eternity is that after a rocky start, the game is fantastic and one that every RPG player owes to themselves to play. The story is great, the characters are witty, funny, and you make a connection with them. I can’t wait to get stuck back in and find the cure for Corrosion.

Who Pressed Mute On Uncle Marcus is that it is a great little game if you have a couple of hours spare and you don’t mind doing a little detective work. The acting is great and the different personalities of the characters make it fun and you actually laugh along with them. This game for me is perfect for a Saturday night with a loved one and a takeaway. The thought process and the writing is great. That is why I’m going to give Who Pressed Mute On Uncle Marcus the Thumb Culture Gold Award.

Rogue Lords is that it’s a fun strategy game and the characters being horror legends just tops it off. Especially if you’re a horror fan like myself.

My final thought is that after waiting for quite some time. Fans (myself included) have finally got the expansion that we had hoped for. There is so much to do and new things to get used to that you’ll never get bored. Plus there’s more dialogue from the ever-so-brilliant Dr Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum). So with that in mind, I am going to give the Jurassic World Evolution 2 – Dominion Biocyn Expansion the Thumb Culture Gold Award.

My final thought on the Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium collection is that it’s a game with so much content that it will last forever. The gameplay is great, the audio is absolutely fantastic and there is something for all ages across every genre. It can be fast-paced or slow as hell. The choice in gameplay is up to you.

My final thought on Soul Hackers 2 is that it was definitely worth the wait for a sequel. You fall in love with the cast instantly and root for them the whole way. While the game has a few snags here and there, you barely notice them. It’s a game to be loved by any JRPG fan and especially of the Persona franchise. So with all that in mind I feel it would be only fair to give Soul Hackers 2 the Thumb Culture Gold Award.

My final thought on Dark Deity is that the game can sometimes feel like a copy and paste of the Fire Emblem series. There is taking inspiration from a video game.

My final thoughts on Music Racer: Ultimate is that the game caters to people who really love music and racing games and I’m just not one of those people. While I did have fun unlocking the many stages and cars while also rocking out to some of the music. I just think that it can get boring very quickly and the fact that I couldn’t play the game for maybe more than 30 minutes. The flashing and strobing effect of all the neon were just a little too much for me. Therefore I’m going to give Music Racer: Ultimate the Thumb Culture Bronze Award.

I just couldn’t bring myself to pick up the controller and play it again. One time was more than enough for me. If the graphics were made for a next-generation console and some combat was involved then maybe I would give it another go.
