While CD Projekt Red has lost some credibility following the disastrous launch of CyberPunk 2077 two years ago, The Witcher 3’s free next-gen upgrade should go a long way in regaining gamers’ trust and helping to restore some of the lost faith in the developer’s name. One can only hope that other studios will begin to follow CD Projekt Red’s example for future remasters.

Unless you already own all of these games on their intended, initial platforms, you will undeniably get your money’s worth from The Cowabunga Collection’s varied Ninja Turtle action. However, retro game haters and those who don’t care for “The Heroes in a Half Shell” will find little to no value in Digital Eclipse and Konami’s blast from the past.

If you loved 2016’s Oxenfree, then Oxenfree II: Lost Signals is definitely worth a playthrough, as the sequel delivers a solid continuation of the story set into motion by the first game, even though it doesn’t quite reach the heights of its predecessor.

Dead Island 2 will certainly keep you engaged, but fails to live up to the standard set by the first entry in the series. If you go into Hell-A expecting anything more than some mindless, zombie-slaying action, you will likely leave disappointed. However, for gore hounds seeking out some horror co-op fun with friends, the sequel nearly twelve years in the making will certainly get the job done and give gamers their money’s worth.
