Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix Reviews
Despite being a bit janky in its sound and gameplay departments, I have to say I’m very impressed with how fun Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 is. It’s a complete carbon copy of Mario Kart, without a doubt, but that’s not a bad thing. The Nickelodeon setting is a perfect fit for a cartoonish kart racer, after all. It features great visuals, an immense roster of playable characters, and tons of unlockables.
While Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is a much improved and enjoyable sequel, the lack of voice acting stops the game from feeling like an authentic Nickelodeon experience.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 may be fun for a couple of laps, but the derivative gameplay, dated visuals, and disappointing music causes it to lack identity in the genre and ultimately become a generic kart racer with iconic characters. The racing mechanics end up being the highlight of the entire experience, but nothing could make up for the lack of charm.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix overcomes all problems of its predecessor and manages to do what it takes to become an average game, but it is still a long way from reaching its true potential. The colorful and creative aesthetic makes this game ideal for children.

Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is a surprisingly strong kart racer that boasts a great deal of content.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix brings fun karting action with a solid roster of well known characters while improving core mechanics and expanding the scope of the experience.
In 2018, Bamtang Games released Nickelodeon Kart Racers and to say it received mixed reviews is probably over-generous. Although I did not play the original, a kart racer is always appealing so find out what I thought of Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 in this Rapid Review.
Being a big fan of Nickelodeon, I was happy with all of the beloved characters jam-packed into Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix, But the absence of voice lines, sub-par sound design, and dull maps smeared a bit of slime to an otherwise above-average game.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 brings a fresh new wind to karting. The game lets you play as your favorite cartoon characters like The Turtles, Ren and Stimpy, and SpongeBob. The racing part of the game is great. You can shoot other drivers with power-ups and protect yourself with them. Besides racing, you can play different modes like the Arena battle, which makes this a complete game for a lot less than the average karting game.

Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is an anachronism of a video game, looking like it came from the 2000s while including characters from recent television shows. The first Nickelodeon Kart Racers, from 2018, was soulless and cynical, but I can say that the sequel is twice the game its predecessor was. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean much, as the first game set the bar so low that it’s below even Rock Bottom.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is a wonderful racing game that kids as well as adults who grew up in the '90s will enjoy a great deal. The nostalgia factor is off the charts and more importantly, the racing gameplay is impressively fun stuff.
As far as karting games go, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is one of the better entries in the genre. If you’ve played the first, you’ll appreciate the extra work that’s gone into making this a bigger and better sequel. Extra characters, improved visuals and a whole host of extra content are all very welcome. It’s just a shame that there’s still no real personality coming through from any of its included franchises. Still, if you want to play a fun racing game, solo or with friends, you can do a lot worse.
There is nothing wrong with Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2. If you enjoy Mario Kart, and like Nickelodeon, then you're the demographic for this game, and you'll get a kick from it. There are no nasty surprises in the way the kart racing action is executed, and it's so overwhelmingly competent it would have been something truly special if it was just a little more interesting. Sadly, the really, really good character mashup games are enjoyable even if you're not a fan of the properties, and Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 doesn't quite get that far.
The multiplayer part was only working in local mode, the online playground being a no man's land. You could still try to overlook the shortcoming, by saying that the game is targeting mainly the younger audiences. This statement is contradicted though by the advanced difficulty levels with an AI that does not get smarter, only more aggressive, taking advantage of the conditions feels rigged against the player. Although a better effort, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is still far from the finish line it wants to conquer.
A fun kart racing game that offers four player local and online multiplayer with a huge cast of characters from the Nickelodeon catalogue of shows that you can use to build your dream racing team. It has you racing on tracks inspired by the cartoons and featuring the music you know.
Bamtang Games has improved a lot of things in Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 and the second game is a very better kart racing title in general thanks to these improvements. that being said, there are still a number of things that need to be fixed in order to make this series flawless. Maybe they can start with hiring voice actors and polishing the overall feel of the gameplay. Kart Racers 2 is still a fun little game that can be played with friends though.

Even though there are only a couple of good games in the kart racing genre, the two being Mario Kart and Crash Team Racing, it is still hard to recommend Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2 to the fans of the genre as it is shallow, lacks content and simply fails to entertain.

Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix is packed with hours of fun, much friendly competition, and encouraging new character dynamics who do everything in their power to make sure first place is the only place to be. This is a definite must-have if in search for a new racing simulator, and it's not just for kids either!
If you love Nickelodeon shows, will make use of the online multiplayer, and find it on sale, I'd say check out Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix. But without any character clips, I feel like this game wasn't for me. It drove me crazy.
Your favorite cartoon characters are back, and better than last time. This character racing game embodies your childhood, no matter how old you are, and has enough content to keep you going for quite some time. The first Nickelodeon Kart Racers didn't do so hot, but this time around, it's got what you're looking for.
