Despite the fact that the controls aren't too difficult and don't make the game unplayable, they could have been a bit better. Nevertheless, the gameplay compensates for the shortcomings and there is no shortage of fun.

As a platformer, The Smurfs: Mission Vileaf is a bubby and bright adventure that gamers of all ages can enjoy. However, some mechanics do feel a little underutilised and may hinder the enjoyment for older players.
Just in time for the holiday shopping season comes a smurf platformer that's much better than it should be. The relatively low budget is certainly noticeable in most things, but the most important parts shine. With charming graphics and as entertaining as it is challenging platforming, it's a colourful adventure that's perfect for the whole family.
