Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain brings the Big Brain series to the Nintendo Switch and the result is a game that's more focused on a multiplayer experience, locally and online, by pitying players in competition with each other. The result is a very solid effort that consists of a high quality set of minigames, controls that fit perfectly with the Nintendo Switch, and a very motivating gameplay. A great, if somewhat unexpected, addition to the Nintendo Switch catalogue.

Brain vs. Brain is without a doubt the best scholarly battle the Big Brain Academy series has ever had to offer.

Short, addictive, very easy to remember, reminiscent of soundtracks of classic games of the '80s.

A delightful title for any lover of mental challenges. Big Brain Academy once again launches a title that proves that video games can also have a didactic and constructive power.

Brain vs Brain feels more like a collection bringing old content to Switch rather than a new game. Still good, but those who expect more in 14 years may be disappointed.

When adapting to its aging mechanics, BloodRayne: ReVamped is very playable and is much more enjoyable experience than its sequel. It is because it is a simpler game, it has less to fumble and is a more focused action game.

Big Brain Academy: Brain Vs Brain is a great pick up and play title. I found myself becoming addicted to trying to do better each time I sat down. The new addition of multiplayer is very welcome. Allowing each user to select the starting difficulty made this a fun game to play with my very non-competitive wife. If mind games are something you enjoy, or if you've played a Brain Academy or Brain Age title this would be a good addition to your Switch line up.

The low price and reasonable difficulty of Big Brain Academy: Brain vs Brain can be a great selling points to the casual audience. But if you are looking for a chance to truly challenge your own mind, you should focus on on Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training.

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain is a solid single player experience that is a pleasure to return to, even on a day to day basis. It might not unlock and skyrocket your mind’s genius-o-mometer to heightened levels but is definitely an entertaining way to keep yourself sharp and less dreary.

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain manages to successfully bring the dormant franchise to the new generation. Its almost complete focus on multiplayer and the relatively low number of minigames preclude a more incisive recommendation, but players who are aware of what to expect will find here one of the best educational games in years. After all, who was it who said that training your own brain can't be fun?

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain shines as a party game, adopting a family-friendly approach that evens the playing field regardless of each player's age and experience. We had a lot of fun with our family and friends across the 20 puzzle activities featured in this accessible and budget-priced package. It's just a pity that there aren't a few more minigames (or a slightly more substantial single-player component) for greater replay value.

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain is entertaining and will make you have a good time. It's designed to leave you feeling like you can do better, so it constantly motivates you to beat your individual scores or those of other people. Its Achilles heel is that its offer of mini-games is short and lacks surprises, so it is made for you to enjoy it in long sessions for a few days, or in games of a few minutes in the long term.

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain is a fun way to exercise your mind, with short and sweet activities presented in a cute and cartoony way. It plays similarly to previous entries, but it's still enjoyable, especially for new audiences. Or even if you've just missed Dr. Lobe's style of brain training.
