Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All! Reviews
Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! is a cute beat'em'up that sadly doesn't really stand out in any way other than the graphics.

Overall Asterix and Obelix Slap them all is at its core a 90's beat 'em up and with that comes the usual trappings of the genre for better or worse. Though not as difficult as some of its fellow games in the genre the 50 levels of the game certainly make it a slog to get through. This can very much be someone's first game of the genre as it is easy and intuitive enough for players of all skill levels.
Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! is a simple beat'em up with magnificent graphics. Unfortunately, although beautiful, it is repetitive and becomes boring easily.

Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All! is best suited for younger players and casual audience. Everyone else will probably find the game extremely boring.

We would have liked a little more ambition for this new adaptation of the adventures of Asterix and Obelix.

Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! becomes very repetitive very early and it kills any potential in the game.

The most faithful to the comic viewing experience to date

Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All ends up being a game full of wonderfully hand-drawn visuals and extremely repetitive combat. It makes it hard to really recommend this game to anyone other than those that are fans of the duo. While yes, some young kids may enjoy the overly simplistic nature of the game; anyone who is an older gamer will become quickly bored with the easy combat, and lack of new moves or attacks.
Asterix & Obelix Slap Them All! He stays at half gas and does not get what he is looking for, although the formula should not be very complex. However, it is a title that the smallest of the house can easily enjoy due to its careful design and that is not excessively difficult.

Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All leaves discordant feelings once finished. It is a beat 'em up capable of entertaining thanks to its indignant rhythm, its hilarious fights and the genuine sympathy of the universe created by Goscinny and Uderzo that also works well in a videogame key.

A not-so-exciting scrolling beat-em-up, due to repetitive levels and poorly honed game mechanics. The beautiful graphic setting and local multiplayer raise it from total lack of interest.

A great staging, although it remains more cautious in terms of gameplay, missing some more depth.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better looking beat ‘em up than Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All!, but visuals alone aren’t enough to make it a great game.
Ideal only for beat-em-up and retro fans

Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All! is a good addition to the beat ’em up genre but it doesn't bring much value to the genre itself compared to other titles released in the last few years. It's clearly more intended for casual players and a good experience for fans of the Goscinny & Uderzo comics. It lacks a healthy swig of magic potion to make the game really powerful.

Slap them All! it's a much better title than The Crystal Menhir, but it's still not the product I would expect from this brand. At first glance, it's a good game, but you have the conviction that something is missing.

For fans of the adventures of Asterix and Obelix, Slap them All! is simply a must-have. The Mr. Nutz Studio team faithfully reflected the atmosphere and humor of the comics, it is a pity that the publisher did not try the Polish language version!

If you are looking for a quality beat 'em up or if you are a fan of Asterix, do not hesitate for a second because this game deserves to be in your library without a doubt.

Asterix and Obelix: Slap Them All is a pleasure to watch, not as much to play. The main problem of the title developed by Mr. Nutz Studio is a too simple gameplay, repeated without any changes level after level. Excellent graphics, whose main limitation is the constant reuse of the same assets.

Slap Them All is by no means perfect. It's shallow, even by genre standards, lacks the all-but mandatory four-player option, has been balanced for two players to the point that it doesn't really work as a single-player game, and fails to give players any reason to give it a second go once powered through. And yet at the same time, it is the best use of the beloved Asterix & Obelix property that we have seen in years and for us long-suffering Asterix & Obelix fans, for that reason alone Slap Them All is a gift.
