Lost in Play is easily the indie darling of Summer 2022.
I was highly anticipating Lost in Play, but it far exceeded my expectations. For the most part, the puzzles aren’t overly difficult, but they are incredibly entertaining. The solutions make sense and feel organic to discover throughout the journey. The various characters and locations are fantastically weird, in the best possible sense. If you’re a fan of point-and-click adventures, or even just a big kid looking to recapture the feeling of their youth, then you can’t pass up Lost in Play.
This point-and-click adventure game is filled with as much charm as its vibrant colour palette would have you think, and for fans of the genre, this is a must-play afternoon adventure.
Lost in Play is a fun, feel-good adventure through two children’s fantasy world. There are plenty of enjoyable puzzles to solve and some frustrating puzzle moments. The good thing is that the enjoyable moments far outweigh the frustration. With thirty unique puzzles and mini-games to solve, Lost in Play is a delightfully whimsical game for all the family to enjoy.
Some of its puzzles could be more kid-friendly, but Lost In Play is a charming point and click puzzler that really taps into the joy of childhood make-believe.

Lost in Play is an outstanding puzzle adventure game that can be played by everyone. The art design is fantastic, the puzzles are varied while offering a bit of a challenge, and it is just a wholesome story of two kids using their imaginations to create a world to have an adventure in. I would recommend this to anyone who wants something light hearted, whether you're playing alone or with family.
A short, sweet romp through a world of dreams, Lost in Play is a joyful celebration of imagination and play. Its gorgeously familiar cartoonish visuals and focus on endearingly absurd scenarios win over the frostiest of hearts. While some of its trickier puzzles may leave younger gamers stumped and even frustrate their parents, it's impossible not to grin at the wacky antics Lost in Play loves to throw at you. Recommended as a little cosy treat for the young at heart.

Lost in Play has a strong visual and audio presentation, is a simple game that may or may not take us all back to a simpler and less complicated time in our lives, and is an enjoyable title overall. If you’re looking for a fun and easy game to pick up that is very deep in puzzle solving, this game is definitely right up your alley. It’s worth the experience and every pixel show the developers dedication and love for the craft in great detail.
Lost in Play is an all-ages video game in the purest sense as it's not exclusively a kids game but that it actually gives audiences of all age groups something different depending on their own worldview. It also has one of the most beautiful visual styles in years coupled with some innovative puzzles and a perfect score which put together makes Lost in Play an absolute must play for everyone.

It's not easy, even with the huge variety of independent developments, to find something as complete as Lost in Play. To a simply formidable audiovisual invoice, with an exquisite work of animation, design and sound, is added a simple gameplay but that knows how to challenge the player, while maintaining an adequate pace of progress and narrative flow, with the addition of a help system so that everyone can enjoy in their own way and at their own pace an adventure that is clearly for all audiences.

Lost in Play is a charming and amazing point-and-click puzzler that will make you feel like a kid again.
Simply, Lost in Play is a "non-toxic game" that can be recommended to any family member. You don't have to worry about complicated controls or wrap your head because of its difficulty. Moreover, every single visual in the game is heartwarming. However, it is sad that many things in the second half part seems to be left out a bit too much.

Lost in Play keeps all of its promises, and it keeps them well. The gameplay can be tricky, but it is fun and exactly what you would expect from a point-and-click adventure time. The art style is incredible; the 2D graphics make it look straight out of a children’s program. The sound design is clever and helps to propagate the illusion of childhood. Every single element that makes up this game serves to create an atmosphere that feels unapologetically magical.
Never boring, always charming; Lost in Play is an incredible entry to the point-and-click genre, reviving my love for it. Any fan of it definitely should pick it up!
Lost in Play is a simple adventure game that offers a pleasant story, likeable heroes and an interesting villain, however it doesn't use its potential to the fullest and it feels like the creators of the game just didn't have enough time to do everything they wanted.
