Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection Reviews
Unless you already own all of these games on their intended, initial platforms, you will undeniably get your money’s worth from The Cowabunga Collection’s varied Ninja Turtle action. However, retro game haters and those who don’t care for “The Heroes in a Half Shell” will find little to no value in Digital Eclipse and Konami’s blast from the past.
By itself, this The Cowabunga Collection is already a great compilation of retro video games of these characters. If we also include all the added value to the titles themselves brought by Digital Eclipse's exquisite treatment of the legacy of these characters, it is little less than an essential acquisition for those of us who grew up with the Ninja Turtles.

Both for the selection of titles (very wide, with different versions and change of region) and for the enormous amount of extras, an example of preservation. As the turtles would say: this game is a fucking mother.

Impressive efforts with a few noticeable problems holding them back. Won't astound everyone, but is worth your time and cash.

In fact, the treasure trove of behind-the-scenes content is worth the asking price alone. Sure, there's a some 'classic' games included that won't live up to nostalgic memories, but ignore the dross and you'll have a blast with the near-essential selection of scrolling beat 'em up TMNT goodness.
