It's by no means the best Final Fantasy game there's ever been, especially once it forces you to bid farewell to your easy-going road trip and sit on a literal train for the rest of the story, providing tiny, tantalizing glimpses of other open worlds that might have been if only they'd had another ten years to actually finish the damn thing, but I'll eat my chocobo hat if it isn't the most interesting, experimental and important one the series has ever seen.

I couldn't be any happier with it.

Final Fantasy XV has a ton of surprises for you. We have been waiting a very long time for this game, but now that the wait is finally over, I can certainly say it was worth it. There are many things to do in a game with gorgeous environments, massive monsters and a ton of side-quests, so I'm sure you're going to love this one.

It is without a doubt a memorable experience where all the fun was in the journey I went through and all the really powerful emotions were at the destination, preparing to say goodbye and waiting for The End.

Despite it's flaws, Final Fantasy XV is a milestone achievement: not just for being completed, but for being completed with polish, aplomb and love.

Final Fantasy XV was a game I truly enjoyed and is something I’d love to talk about with other gamers, but again, the only way I can recommend it is if you’re willing to invest the time in its non-video game lore.

FF15 is a great game that takes the franchise into a new direction. If you enjoy exploration, the imaginative stories of JRPGs and real time combat, this game is for you.

Final Fantasy XV is a game of lost opportunities which, once again, proves that Square Enix had to change something a long time ago. Neither of the project elements, except the music, is completely processed, and the game is released raw and incomplete, what is particularly seen after the ninth chapter. If you are ready to stop your progress at the tenth episode, suffering monotonous tasks in a beautiful open world and if you like a simplified clone of Monster Hunter then you can add one score to the total. But if you go further then there are all the chances to be disappointed. Unfortunately, the further we went the more we learnt about all the rawness and incompleteness of Final Fantasy XV. It becomes even more disappointing after watching gorgeous trailers of Final Fantasy Versus XIII. It's too bad we certailny won't see that game ever.

Final Fantasy XV is a good but different game, although it maintains part of its essence, it loses another. The story is fine but is overshadowed by the gameplay. So the game is correct but it leaves you with a bittersweet feeling of what could have been better and failed.

Final Fantasy XV is a very good entry of the series. The game has a great atmosphere, entertaining combat system and a lot of small details that will please many players. Whether you're a fan of the series or not, you can't go wrong with Final Fantasy XV.

Generally, Final Fantasy XV is a good game, But not for the fans of the series who waited so many years for it. The visuals are good and the game's universe is huge and beautiful, but the story is one of the worst in the series and the gameplay really suffers from lack of dept.

Despite the shortcomings of the game, when it gets it right it really gets it right. The main story is nowhere near as interesting as finding out about Noctis, Prompto, Ignis and Gladioulus as you slowly progress through the world. The building of the characters and their silly conversations will last longer in your memory than most of the main story beats. The combat is slick and fun, the dungeons are some of the best ever in a Final Fantasy game and the graphics are lovely. It will be interesting to see how Final Fantasy XV evolves over the next year through DLC and patches. For now though it is a lovely experience. Warts and all.

Das neueste Final Fantasy ist trotz kleinerer Schwächen jedem Fan der Serie zu empfehlen - sofern man sich mit einem Kampfsystem in Echtzeit anfreunden kann.

Final Fantasy XV is a last-ditch effort to keep one of the world's longest video game franchises chugging along. You can smell the fumes and hear troubling sounds with its bumpy story and out-of-place objectives on the road. The open world and gameplay also pose challenges to keeping you in for the ride, but after being behind the wheel for some time, there's something nostalgic and one-of-a-kind about this game that can't be shaken. It doesn't necessarily do anything new or different, but the manners in which it forges its own blend of ideas makes for novelties that gain your appreciation and surprise. Unexpectedly engrossing quests and combat scenarios, meticulous animation, grand characters, and a messy yet fascinating lore are some of those things. Notwithstanding rough patches, there's enough here to keep your interest fueled until you run on empty.

[A]t the end of the day, this is a game that borrows so heavily from other games that it's entirely bereft of originality or creativity. That's not the same thing as being bad, of course, but Final Fantasy 15 takes so many cues from other games that it lacks any kind of individual identity, and considering how many games have done the same things better, you're best off just playing those instead.

Final Fantasy XV is good, but not great, and after a decade in development I feel it should be better.

Final Fantasy XV wants to be many things together and finally can not shine in any of them. It is not a occidental RPG, and has abandoned the most marked elements of the genre. Now is a good Japanese ARPG. Even so, it's a lot of fun.
