Horizon Zero Dawn is a beautiful and absolutely gratifying experience that will make you glad to own a PlayStation 4. It has issues but these minor problems are smothered in an avalanche of positive features. Every aspect of Horizon Zero Dawn is done with near-perfection and when combined charges your desire to keep fighting and exploring.

‎At least you don't have to make one choice and that's whether you should buy the game or not. Horizon Zero Dawn is a fantastic game and potentially the best game of the year! It's accessible, but challenging looks truly phenomenal, and offers you dozens of hours of fun!‎

Although the game uses well-known solutions of other productions, it is given in such a way that it does not frustrate and does not bring the thought that it was already somewhere.

The quality of the worldbuilding, storytelling and gameplay combine to create a cocktail of heady brilliance; Horizon Zero Dawn is the gold standard for how open world games should be made.

Horizon: Zero Dawn starts as Aloy's personal story and then turns into a bigger, wider experience. Thanks to its fantastic and stuffed open world, its one of the best games of 2017 already.

Horizon Zero Dawn is an impressive entry this generation. The PS4's capabilities are pushed to its maximum, accompanied by an excellent writing and game design, Guerrilla Games' newest title shines with its gameplay and worldbuilding, even though there's some fixes to be made, especially on quests and the main story. With a sequel probably coming on the PS5, the IP's future looks promising.

Horizon: Zero Dawn convinces with a fresh scenario with an interesting story and the fantastically staged battles against machines. In addition, Aloy is a new hero and the bombastic graphics of the Decima engine will enchant you throughout the entire game. Gladly more of it.

Previously we'd have said that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End was unequivocally the greatest game you'd ever see on the PS4. But now, thanks to the extra processing power of PS4 Pro, Horizon Zero Dawn probably edges it. Hell, it even has a fantastic photo mode thrown in just for good measure that can make those breathtaking vistas look all the more impressive.

Horizon is a better game than BotW and while maybe not as ‘important,’ Horizon is the game that will have a lasting, personal impression.

Horizon: Zero Dawn combines a fresh setting with some of the best parts that were already established by some Open-World Games and on top of that, it looks amazing. Besides a weak enemy AI and some minor animation issues you get one of the best action-rpgs of the last years.

Horizon Zero Dawn is without any doubt a masterpiece of a videogame that's must own for any PlayStation 4 user. The visuals are fantastic, the core gameplay is great and even after many hours, the game can still surprise you. Guerilla Games have managed to create their best game yet and also one of the best exclusive titles of current generation.

Bugs and Glitches aside, Horizon Zero Dawn has all the makings of a Game of the Year winner. It's an absolute must-buy and one of the best open world games this console generation.

Horizon: Zero dawn was an absolute joy to play through and I really hope Guerrilla Games decides to make this their core IP. I want to spend more time in this world even after obtaining the platinum trophy. The core gameplay loop is incredibly addictive. Hopefully a story expansion comes soon just so I can dive back into this world.

Overall, Horizon Zero Dawn made me a believer in new and innovative games. It doesn't mean that a game is new that it cannot be something high-caliber. And Horizon Zero Dawn proved this to me. Playstation and its first-party games have never failed to deliver a blockbuster experience, and Horizon Zero Dawn is up there on that list.

Horizon Zero Dawn manages to turn all the good qualities from well-known titles into an enjoyable and finely polished experience. However, it doesn’t provide anything new for those burned out from playing triple-A games.

Horizon: Zero Dawn is an excellent robot hunting game. When you’re in the thick of fighting one of its fantastic robotic opponents it feels like one of the best games you’ve played all year.

Horizon: Zero Dawn is a game that in no event it is impossible to miss, a low bow to the team of developer for what could. Could make life so thrilling adventure. To convey the atmosphere of the game, which envelops and you are forced to return to such a stunning world, a world in which both people and robotic creatures. A world where Eloy lives.

Putting a few very minor (and no doubt subjective) niggles aside – I’d argue that Horizon is an unreserved triumph, and a watershed moment for this generation of consoles in terms of maturing the medium. As Nathan Drake settles into a potentially permanent retirement, Sony has done well to pass on the baton. Whether or not we see Aloy again (and I have a strong suspicion that we will…) – Horizon is, thankfully, here to stay.
