Rayman Legends is the evolution of Rayman Origins. The developers have been able to improve most of the aspects of the previous title, and the result is a game that can certainly be counted in the Olympus of the most beautiful platformers of the last five years.

While in many ways superior to Origins I’m giving it the same score because it’s a little bit too similar in places, nevertheless Rayman Legends is one of the best platformers of all time and you should definitely buy it if you want to have a smile on your face.
There's nothing much else to say about Rayman Legends. It's a fantastic platformer that anyone of all ages can get into.
Rayman Legends' unique, quirky tune introduces new steps into an old dance. Although the absurd nature of the game might be a hurdle to some, Ubisoft crafted it with enough skill and confidence to tie together all the disparate strands into a cohesive, enjoyable whole. A lot of care went into making Rayman Legends, and the refreshing result of that care is a platformer that can proudly stand beside the genre's greats.
Doing the impossible by topping its predecessor, Rayman Legends is one of the best gaming experiences this year. It takes everything fun about classic platforming and puts it in a visually stunning environment.
A gorgeous, joy-filled, characterful platformer. Aside from a few minor niggles, Rayman Legends deserves a place alongside the very best examples of the genre. It looks ever-so slightly prettier on Xbox One, but that's about it. Nonetheless, Rayman Legends is still highly recommended.
Rayman Legends is a videogame without pretense, and that might be the most crucial decision its designers made without even realizing it.
The "next-gen" version of Rayman Legends is not a re-release, a remake designed to bring out the best in the new Sony and Microsoft hardware. It is, more simply, the same title released six months ago, which today can be played on two other consoles. If you have not yet had the pleasure of discovering the new course of the Ubisoft platformer, the advice is now the same as then: make it yours without hesitation.

For those who would be surprised to see a "simple" 4.5 on Rayman Legends, while he sets the bar higher than his older Origins, know that we did not feel the urge to make it a cult episode. Fantastic as it is, the real revolution was Rayman Origins and today Legends is just taking the experience a step further. My last days on Rayman Legends really transported me, just as Rayman Origins knew how to do it more than a year ago.

Ubisoft has succeeded in a small miracle: proposing an even better platformer than Origins. Rayman Legends surpasses its predecessor not only quantitatively, but also qualitatively. Everything from level design to the graphic sector shines with its own light, giving us not only one of the best platformers of recent years, but also a new spearhead for the softeca of the performance PS Vita.

Rayman Legends lands on PS Vita with a little delay and for the moment a few less levels (invasions). Fortunately, these levels will be added for free soon and in the end we will end up with a version more provided than on consoles of living room, since it benefits from 5 exclusive levels. Despite loading times a bit longer than other platforms (but very acceptable), Rayman Legends offers touch gameplay perfectly suited to Sony's portable console.

These PS4 and Xbox One versions of Rayman Legends will inevitably be compared to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. There is no doubt that they offer a better graphic rendering, while eliminating loading times. So if you're a next-gen console owner and you've missed this great game, don't hesitate for a second and throw yourself on it!

It's stunning platforming, with a move-set and dynamism unique to this fresh new series for the Rayman character, and it's memorable. It deserves to be enjoyed by all platforming fans that own a Wii U; it should not be missed.
Rayman Legends takes everything that was great about Origins, and using a combination of black magic and near faultless design, manages to make it better - but there's no reason to get it again if you've already played it.
With the release of Rayman Legends, the Wii U continues the slow, quiet build-up of its arsenal. This game, along with the Wii U's recently announced price drop, may have just become the best reason to get one.
Although it'd be a lie to say that the PS4 version of Rayman Legends is a lot better than its Wii U predecessor, this newly-updated package is a hit and an absolute steal at $40 USD.
Rayman Legends is one of the finest platform games on any system. It's bright, colourful, clever, well-designed, and the vast majority of it is a sheer joy to experience.
While the controls take a little getting used to, the crazy art style and musical levels more than compensate, and are worth the price of admission alone. If you also take into account the discounted price point, massive amount of variety, and local multiplayer, then it's impossible not to recommend this dream package to anyone with even a passing interest in the side-scrolling genre.
Rayman Legends is the latest platformer in the Rayman franchise. Loaded with characters new and old, as well as brand new levels, and some from Rayman Origins, it is a must have for anyone who did not get play it on previous generation consoles.
