Disney Magical World 2 feels like an intro class into video gaming. There's a little bit of everything here, all of it aimed at younger, inexperienced gamers. For an old crust like me, it's easy to point out its flaws with the frame rate, inventory management, excess of load screens, and simplicity, but I don't think that will matter to younger players. And after helping plan a most wonderful party for the residents of the Hundred Acre Wood, it really didn't matter to me either.

The Disney Magical World 2 remaster for Nintendo Switch is still a highly recommended game for smaller Disney fans (and those who are not very used to video games) who want something like "Animal Crossing", but much simpler and more enjoyable.

It’s Animal Crossing, with Disney characters, action sequences and a better-defined “goal” . What’s not to like about that?

A magical and fun Animal Crossing-like experience for those who love the Disney Universe, with a quite large amount of activities that does not achieve the same level of depth of Nintendo's masterpiece.

Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition is a port of a 3DS game, and it feels like it. But don't let the primitive visuals stop you from digging into this very addictive little life sim. Tolerance for saccharine song and dance may vary, but almost any gamer will likely fall under the sway of this game's addictive hooks, at least for a while.

There is a lot of content contained in this little game that makes it really hard to put down. You can have a quiet evening and gather items to make new outfits, fish at the lake to collect bubbles, or change your hairdo at Minnie’s salon. Or you can opt to have a productive evening by mining with the Seven Dwarves, warding off ghosts in Hawaii, or ensuring your cafe is fully stocked with food and beverages at all times. Regardless of your mood and what you want to achieve, Disney Magical World 2 was able to satiate my cravings for a good simulation game mixed with some ghost busting and a little bit of side hustling. It can take a while to get to the good and creative parts, but it is definitely worth the wait.

An impressive amount of content, a great cast, and a significant number of hours that are undoubtedly about to be expended by its players make up a solid new title, likely to help ensure the 3DS's legacy stays strong as it ages gracefully. Younger Disney lovers will unquestionably get a lot out of this game, with the photograph opportunities being a nice touch, but this title will also appeal to Disney fans of all ages – being able to spend your days alongside your favourite characters is fun for anyone. If this style of game captures your attention or you have a deep love for the franchises involved, we'd recommend giving this title a go.

Disney Magical World 2 follows the footsteps of its predecessor and plunges the payers into the Disney universe, where many familiar characters and locations await. It displays a healthy variety of landscapes and NPCs and a matching audiovisual environment but while the youngest crowd will certainly enjoy this game, it feels too repetitive and too much alike its predecessor, with little variety to set it apart from the original.

Disney Magical World 2 builds on the foundation of the solid original, serving up another dose of lifestyle and adventure gaming in the magical kingdom. From designing outfits and cafe interiors to dungeon exploring, there’s a lot to do here. Admittedly, there isn’t a big improvement from the original game and older gamers might decry the lack of challenge. For younger kids who adore Disney, however, this one’s close to perfect for good clean, fun.

Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition is a fine remaster of a 3DS game that many may have missed the first time around. For players both young and old who love the classic Disney characters, spending time in Castleton may well prove a joyous experience. Some aspects - chiefly the poor character creation tool and rather basic combat - could have done with a bit more TLC in this updated version, but if you're after a decent life simulation game, this is a nice Disney-flavoured addition to an already-thriving genre.

Under an aesthetic layer a little too essential and dated, Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition preserves a simulation experience with unexpected qualities, sincerely delicious. A product whose target is very precise, mostly within the circle of school-age players, which hits its goals thanks to its relaxed way of doing, a good variety of the proposed tasks and an attractive use of some of the most appreciated Disney licenses of all time.

Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition is a magical experience for all casual Disney lovers and feels like you are on a digital Disney World vacation without paying the Disney price and fees! With so many things to do like customizing yourself, cafe, and house the amount of time you will be spending in this game is more than you think. Exploring worlds based on Lilo and Stitch, Winnie the Pooh, Aladdin, and getting to battle, fish, and collect materials kept me very busy! Although there are a couple issues with visual glitches and there aren't too many challenges, this game is still worth playing if you're just a Disney fan looking for an Animal Crossing and or Harvest Moon Disney type game! It's definitely worth trying out!

If you have a younger gamer that is a fan of Disney, then check out Disney Magical World 2 which is a mix between The Sims meets RPG but of course with some fun and easy to learn gameplay. Adventuring is fun as you never know who you might bump into. There’s also some great NPC interaction and the cutscenes help progress the story of your avatar, including some fun battles to be found along the way. In conclusion, Disney Magical World 2 proves that games can be created for younger players and best of all, it’s not a condescending title but treats the player with respect and delivers on the enjoyment factor.

Disney Magical World 2 on Nintendo 3DS is a fantastic game aimed at a younger demographic who would appreciate the work put into bringing each of the worlds to life. There is no greater thrill than interacting with the characters from some of Disney's greatest properties, and assisting them in defeating the evil ghosts is an enticing prospect. Decorating their own house with furnishings while running a café, while crafting new costumes to wear and planting seeds to grow new crops in the Hundred Acre Wood are just some of the ways that the game can be played. With lots to do, and daily missions that are constantly changing, this is one game that is sure to be a favourite for quite some time.

I think this game is perfect for a hardcore Disney fan who wants an incredibly low-stakes game with very chill vibes where you hang out with your favorite Disney characters. Having this cool, cute Disney World has a strong appeal to it, and the final result is a polished game. I came out of this a little bored by the slow pace and limited gameplay, but in his review, Daan was more, ehrm, enchanted by the title on 3DS. Your mileage may vary.

Like the original release on the 3DS, Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition is fit for younger players who can't quite grasp Animal Crossing: New Horizons and the hardcore Disney fan. The simple activities, brisk pace, and overall Disney vibe is a perfect fit. For everyone else, it has a good amount to do but nothing that captures your attention like Nintendo's game. If you're tired of being on your own deserted island, then Disney Magical World 2 will briefly scratch the life simulation itch, but you can skip this one if you're still paying off loans, are deep in the "Stalk Market," or knee-deep in designing houses for other animal visitors.
