A troubled game, that tries a few too many things and ends up weaker for it. Though the Rally racing at its heart is great once you strip away the Career and judge yourself based on the AI.

Despite fan fears, DiRT is still the best rally simulator on the market. The game in particular will appeal to those who waited for the continuation of the main series. We hope that project will be able to expand its userbase and in the future developers will please us with new licenses and really beautiful graphics.

DiRT 4 is a racer that purists need to get. Simply put, the rally driving is incredible to control, as every little movement can derail control of the car.

DiRT4 is the love child of DiRT Rally and a return to the Dirt games of old. Fun, fast and full of content. Rally fans everywhere won't be disappointed

I enjoyed every second of DiRT 4, and being the motorsport fan which I am, I truly appreciated seeing all those famous liveries and designs and being able to drive some of the most iconic vehicles of all time.

All in all, Dirt 4 is an undeniably fantastic racing experience wrapped up in a dull procession of events known as a career mode. At its absolute best it can be a white-knuckle thrill ride that hardcore racing fans would do well to give a try, but those after a more consistently adrenaline-filled arcade experience may want to look elsewhere.

There is a lot to see and do in DiRT 4, and it is all well-designed. I feel like the career mode has a little too much micromanagement for my tastes, but I appreciate the additions. For fans of classic rally games this is by far the best it has been in years. DiRT Rally left me feeling a little empty with its focus on simulation style, but DiRT 4 strikes a nice balance between being accessible to anyone, but deep enough for hardcore fans.

We may be half-way through 2017 already, but DiRT 4 has most certainly set the bar for the genre this year and it sits firmly in pole position.

On the track it's an incredible experience that any racing fan would enjoy, especially with the Your Stage feature adding extra hours of rally-racing fun. Off the track, though, Dirt 4 comes up short with features to keep you entertained outside the vehicle.

DiRT 4 might not be my kind of racing game normally, and nothing will ever compare with the thrill of weaving in and out of a clustered mass in an F1 game, but I genuinely enjoyed everything the game offered, and on that basis I know that it must be something special indeed.

DiRT 4 takes a few steps back from DiRT Rally, adds too much emphasis on an uninteresting career mode and fails to find a common ground between arcade and simulation.

Despite an average graphical game, DiRT 4 is still a great off-road racing experience, with great playing sensations and a real attention to details. Some will reproach it with too easy gameplay, but it is obvious that this DiRT 4 was made to appeal to everyone, unlike the previous games, dedicated exclusively to the hardcore fans of the franchise.

The sensation of rubber recklessly drifting across the sand, of splattering across your face and a grumpy Scotsman calling out the course before you as you violently swerve around corners. Rally racing is mental stuff and Dirt 4 captures that manic joy perfectly. The full fearless package of graphics, guts and glory.

The game feels like a semi-mature it has distinctive things in the depth and work on realism but has not presented itself enough because of the poverty of the car and pluralism of The Tracks also Graphics did not advance forward dramatically and could not say it made a revolutionary form of the series, but after all, the game is fun and you will play it for very long time and it have a lot to offer especially in the stage of group play that will extend your playing hours.

Dirt 4 is a terrific game, and if you never played last year's release you'll likely be blown away. I just wish there was some kind of defining feature that made Dirt 4 leap ahead of last year's game.

Dirt 4 lets you throw cars around narrow tracks at high speeds, it allows you to pit your machinery and wit against the world, it lets you blaze a trail of glory across the world and put your team in the spotlight. Dirt 4 is the embodiment of what we want, and remember, motor racing to be.

After the brilliant Dirt Rally, I was a little wary with Dirt 4 and the return to the broader spectrum of off-road motorsports that I thought it might bring back the issues fans originally had with the series.

Inevitably, comparisons will be drawn with Dirt Rally, which is something I've deliberately avoided to this point. When stacking one against the other, it feels like Dirt Rally is the elder, more scholastic, and slightly serious sibling. Dirt 4 on the other hand, is the younger, outgoing sibling who, whilst not exactly bouncing off the walls, still knows how to have a little fun.
