With just a few mechanical hiccups, this title makes a great addition to anyone's game library.

There’s no business like the cleaning business, and that’s certainly the case with Serial Cleaner. Distinctly unique from anything else available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch, as you steadily accumulate evidence for your trophy collection, it’s hard not to recognise a job well done.

Serial Cleaner is an immensely fun, innovative indie Switch title that will test not only your wits but your patience with its increasing difficulty and cleverly-crafted level design. With a great soundtrack, a pleasing aesthetic, and enough content to entertain players for hours, it's a must-have for anyone who enjoys a good puzzle and wants to prove their talent for making dead bodies disappear.

Serial Cleaner is full of humour and stealth action with a 70s-style ambiance all around it. An indie game that stands out in the Nintendo Switch catalog, Serial Cleaner also enjoys a marvelous audiovisual component and has all the conditions to be a very appreciated game in the eShop.

Serial Cleaner succeeds in bringing a strong presentation and 70's style to the stealth/action genre. The gameplay mechanics are surprisingly deep even with hit-or-miss AI presentation. And, although simple, the art style is great. I never knew obstructing justice could be so much fun.

A polished, well-presented skin wrapped around thoroughly unremarkable stealth fundamentals. Serial Cleaner is not an actively antagonistic experience, just draining and unrewarding.

The whole 70s aesthetic and music are fantastic and complement the small story set aside from the main missions. While the controls can feel inconsistent at times, the experience as a whole was very enjoyable. Sure, it's fun to bring on the onslaught - but who knew it would be so much fun to clean up after.

If you've held off on Serial Cleaner, this is a fantastic port. I'd absolutely recommend this over the other versions as well for the convenience of the hybrid console. Serial Cleaner is well worth it on the Switch.

Serial Cleaner is a fun, stylish and polished puzzle game which will force you to be observant in order to evade the cops and get enough cleaned up from each crime scene to advance. The music is top notch and is easy to just listen to. This is great to have as your will be replaying each mission several times to complete all of the challenges, and the excellent tunes makes it more of a pleasure to do so. There is a lot of replay value if you don't mind playing on the same stages repeatedly with various challenge settings, but the lack of leaderboard reduces the incentive to do so. If you enjoy jazz music, satirical humor in small doses, stylish visuals, vacuuming up blood and cleverly evading cops, then this is the game for you. I give it a 7.5/10.

Serial Cleaner is a fun and stylish game that, despite some flaws, manages to make the task of cleaning somehow fun and interesting.

If you take into account past projects of the Studio iFun4All, review of which is on our website, then it is safe to say that Serial Cleaner is a huge leap forward, the idea is interesting, but the implementation does not disappoint, the only significant disadvantage is a certain monotony of action, the benefit is a smooth variety of circumstances.

Serial Cleaner is a very fun and addictive game that will keep you hooked until the end. The gameplay mechanics are simple and to the point, and the premise is so crazy it just works. Cleaning up murder scenes for the mob, down to the last drop of blood? Weird! Serial Cleaner is a great option on PS4 and one you should definitely check out.

In the end Serial Cleaner, by its style, won’t be a game for everyone but for the right people I think it will be very engaging. It’s clever in the right places, a bit funny at times to keep things light, and it will challenge your planning as well as your patience. If you enjoy stealth or creative spins on puzzle games it is a refreshing hybrid that delivers a solid challenge for the cost of admission.

Serial Cleaner is undeniably cool, but can be at odds with itself. On the one hand, the bitesized levels and whimsical humour should allow for a fun, pick up and play jaunt, but it is obstructed by a handful of small but significant frustrations. It's a game that both embraces the tropes of the genre and adds a neat little twist, but it won't be long before even the most persistent of players wished it was just a bit more lenient regarding certain elements.A neat if limited core concept, combined with some superb retro presentation, Serial Cleaner is held back by design choices that are at best curious and challenging, and at worst infuriatingly obtuse; as a result it is a good game rather than a great one.

Serial Cleaner probably isn’t a game for those craving a chilled out few hours in bed with their Switch, but if you’re up for a decent challenge, the game’s addictive appeal, solid visuals and fun soundtrack add up to yet another fun addition to the Switch’s “Nindie” lineup.

Serial Cleaner is a stealth game that nails its aesthetic, referential material (mildly related: there's an excellent Alien-themed bonus stage), and concept. It just doesn't nail the mechanics of being a stealth game. Developer iFun4all seemingly understands this judging by the copout way it implemented hiding spots. Serial Cleaner is neat, but it isn't always tidy.

While groovy from its soundtrack to its illustrated style, Serial Cleaner's ‘70s ‘stache and sharply defined stealth-action is often tiring. I'd rather have somebody else clean this up.

Serial Cleaner is one hell of a game. It captures the style and appeal of the seventies greatly, layering it with a surreal 'job' to do, and a solid sense of humour.

Serial Cleaner is a fun top down experience that will give you a good fun few hours, collecting all the collectibles and completing all the bonus levels. For anyone that was a fan of Hotline Miami but would have preferred it to be a stealth game this title is for you.

In the end, Serial Cleaner is a fun stealth experience. The focus on non-violence is refreshing, and while there are some bits that don't play out so well, the entire experience is fun enough that you'll be motivated to retry it almost immediately. The '70s presentation is inspired, but the bonus levels and challenges give the game some replay value. Serial Cleaner is certainly worth checking out.
