South Park: The Stick of Truth Reviews
A South Park game that is actually good? Yes it is. Especially if you are a fan.
South Park: The Stick of Truth is an outrageous and hilarious ride!
South Park: The Stick of Truth is at its best when it's acting more like an episode of South Park and less like a video game.
South Park: The Stick of Truth is an immersive , open-world, RPG filled with adventure, flatulence, and that time-tested sense of parody which has kept the show comical for 16 years.
For fans of the series, South Park: Stick of Truth is equal parts referential and dirty, dirty fun.
This is a South Park game done right. You have the crude adult humor mixed well with the overall fun gameplay. The game suffers from a variety of smaller issues, but excels at providing an amazing experience for fans of the show.
The decisions on whether to buy this game is based on one thing. Do you like the TV show? If you love South Park then you Will love this game. The game has everything that people love about the TV show and doesn’t deviate from the shows successful formula at all. If you hate the TV show then you will hate this game, it’s as simple as that! It takes about 15 hours to complete the main quest and there are plenty of side quests that give you additional play time. This might be short when compared to other RPGs, but I don’t think they could have done a better job. The writers threw everything they had at this game and the resulting product is one of the funniest games I have ever played and one of the funniest south park stories too. The Stick of Truth is a must have for all south park fans!

"South Park: The Stick of Truth takes the best aspects of the long-running TV series, molding it into a well-executed game. In combining the two mediums, Obsidian Entertainment leaves us with one of the most enjoyable South Park episode in years."
It's been a long time since the South Park 64 abominations that were released on the N64 many moons ago, unfortunately not enough time to forget. But after its many delays, will The Stick of Truth finally be the South Park fans deserve?
It was never a waste of time playing South Park: The Stick Of Truth. In all honesty, I barely finish RPG games because of the small patience I have in accomplishing a game. But this one is worth it. With all the toilet humor and the most stupid logical thinking of the townspeople in South Park makes The Stick Of Truth a fun game to still play today.
To stretch an analogy worthy of the game, South Park: The Stick of Truth is much like its “magic” burritos. It is far tastier than it has any right to be, taking a solid, meaty system for combat, beans and cheese for field interactions, and then wrapping them up in the tortilla of South Park.
