Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame Reviews
It's safe to say that fans of supercross racing should have no hesitations buying Monster Energy Supercross. There was no corner cutting with licenses, characters or the amount of value included.
If word of mouth gets around and the online presence can build I think a few more people will be hopping on their bikes and trying to become the next Ryan Dungey (he is a good racer, Google told me so).
Developer Milestone S.r.l. has been making racing games for so long, it comes as no surprise how nicely Monster Energy Supercross turned out. From the detail in the dirt, to the details in the bikes, this is not only a great looking game, but a great racing game too.
While possibly catering to fans of the sport in terms of content, the overly aggressive AI and unnaturally twitchy handling mean that Monster Energy Supercross just isn't that fun to play.
Monster Energy Supercross does a lot of things to impress then, but its lacklustre career mode takes a lot of shine out of the proceedings.
Monster Energy Supercross is a buggy and not particularly fun game. Outside of its stadium design and functional controls, the game is a glitchy mess that feels somewhat unfinished.
A racing game that will surely satisfy the Supercross' fans, even with some technicals and artistic flaws.

Milestone has a solid footing with Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame. If the team offers continual support that carries over to new titles, this series has the potential to be something special.
The physics dynamics of driving on a dry surface versus blasting and sliding through mud changes your approach to racing on a track.
Monster Energy Supercross is a good title, that can grant to all the supercross fans hours of fun. Threre are some technicals problems, and the carreer isn't brilliant, but the gameplay is truly solid.

Monster Energy Supercross demonstrates that Milestone can take even more advantage of the Unreal Engine 4 and that they are well on their way to realizing their potential. However, the studio continues to make historical mistakes presenting the same playable formula excessively supported in the Career mode without accompanying it of anything relevant.

Monster Energy Supercross in one of very few solid Motor Racing games that has been developed in recent years, and I strongly suggest that you give it a try if you are a racing fan. Even with very inconsistent servers and poor audio design and music, the game still offers a lot in terms of gameplay and visuals, and with continued support from developers, it can become a great racing franchise.

In general, however, we can say that we are in front of an excellent title, full of content and really nice to play; the physics of the collisions, the pilots, the bikes and the details are treated to the maximum, the customization is always vast and even the editor of the circuits gives that extra touch to the game. In short, a gem that will certainly please lovers of cross-country cars!

A lot of Monster Energy Supercross' issues on their own really aren't too bad, but when taken all at once, the game is disappointing. Many of the problems – like load times – are more quality of life issues than game problems, so if Milestone could tidy this stuff up then it'd go a long distance. But it's the inconsistent physics that are the real kicker, and detract from the generally acceptable presentation and decent selection of modes. It's better than nothing, and North American supercross fans will surely appreciate the fact that the title exists at all, but it could be so much better.
As much as I tried to get into and enjoy Monster Energy Supercross, the game was determined to kill my enjoyment at every corner.
A solid first entry in the series. If you're a Supercross fan then you'll easily get knee deep into the excellent track editor and have good fun hurtling around its muddy tracks.
Monster Energy Supercross is a very deep experience to both those new to the genre and fans of Milestone's previous work. There is not only a lot of content but also the ability to create and share newly created content with the community which will help prolong the life of the title. It takes a while to get used to the controls if you have not played a similar game in the past (as it isn't your typical racer), but once you know what you're doing, it's such a blast to play solo and competitively online.
Monster Energy Supercross is a step ahead in mastering Unreal Engine by Milestone. It is overall a fun, spectacular and intense motocross game. The sense of speed is great and the action, although more arcade than MXGP, is always tense and gripping. Unfortunately, its great potential is undermined by the lack of polish, AI balance and some poor design choices, which limit its sense of progression.

When I first previewed Monster Energy Supercross many months ago, I thought it was a fun racing game with a lot of potential. I still think it's fun, but this first run at the license from Milestone doesn't come anywhere close to meeting its real potential.
Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame may not be quite as fulfilling as it was expected to be, but it is still a capable racer that has enough in the tank to provide at least a couple of hours enjoyment at a time.
