Borderlands 3 is an absolutely jam-packed game in terms of content with its unique style and loot shooting action. But in terms of humour, story and narrative it fall terribly short. On top of it many technical glitches and bugs leave a lot to be desired when it comes to the graphics department.

Start to finish I was absolutely captivated by the game and I’m eager to go back in and experience more of this incredible universe as I look forward to the free and paid updates that are coming soon which will hopefully keep me satisfied until the next chapter in the series is released which hopefully will not be as long a wait.

Although Borderlands 3 doesn't have anything new to offer, it's the best looter shooter title we've seen in years. Its simple but enjoyable gameplay and lovable characters and story can easily keep you playing for many hours.

Borderlands 3 is just another Borderlands game. I came for a Borderlands game and I definitely got one. The game is not novel, at least in regards to mechanics, but it's a fantastic game nonetheless, especially for its story and characters. It feels the same, plays the same, and all my expectations have been met. It's a game I would recommend to anyone.

Bottom line, the game is not perfect, but it is FUN! It is everything that anyone could want from a Borderlands game, and somehow even more Borderlandsier (word).

Borderlands 3 is the return of the king of loot shooters, with enough familiarity there for fans. The gameplay is the best it has ever been in the series, so get ready to blast some bandits. There’s just a few things keeping it from being a truly remarkable game.

Borderlands 3 may not have been the big innovation. But it's still a damn good game that is fun for more. And Gearbox has already promised that the supply of new content will be just as good as part 2. A promise that they already healed with the first DLC and smaller events. Say, part 3 will also be fun in the long run!

Three titles that are insanely popular amongst gamers, and the world of esports. It’s the grandaddy of ’em all. Borderlands still has something to prove to us, and that’s not to take this all seriously. Sit back, have a laugh at your characters expense, with a little self deprecation and humility presenting a chuckle, while systematically planning your next attack and how to loot every single enemy in the area, while beholding it’s bloody grace. Welcome back Borderlands, we missed you.

SHOOT, LOOT and MANAGE inventory/character. These are the 3 main things you will do in Borderlands 3, no need to say the shooting is the big one. If you have any resistance to one of these elements, this may not be your game. The first hours of Borderlands 3 felt like playing Borderlands 2 on a different map. As game progress and “NEW” elements are introduced to the gameplay the feeling fades away a bit. But every “new” element in the game is not new to the FPS genre. Borderlands franchise carries this expectation and is not fulfilled in its third title. Balance your expectations about that and you will have similar fun you had with Borderlands 1 and 2.

Borderlands 3 is to all intents and purposes the son of its franchise: it maintains the same features and strengths of its predecessors, partly rejuvenating a very old gameplay with a new movement system and new features and types of quests. Some technical uncertainty and a narrative quality unfortunately not as good as the second chapter prevent the title from reaching perfection, but the latest Gearbox effort remains a healthy video game with incredible duration and fun, especially for fans of the franchise who will find themselves at home. If instead you haven't appreciated the mix of genres and the boorish humor of Borderlands in the past, you'll hardly change your mind with the third installment.

Borderlands 3 is the most funny and ridiculous shotter in all history of videogames. In a travel to search a new vault, we find a shotter game with many elements of RPG, a gradilocuent soundtrack and the perfect comic style.

In the meantime, no other title of the genre has really tried, or has simply failed in setting and achieving the goals that every Borderlands title has from the beginning.

Borderlands 3 is a fun game, and I think it nails the combat better than the other games in the series. Unfortunately, the fun combat couldn't distract from the game's constantly annoying humor and bland co-op action.

Borderlands 3, simply put, is more Borderlands for the nostalgic fans out there, and while it leaves some of its better jabs in the past, Gearbox has still made a pretty intriguing and explorable game.

Whatever the future might hold for Borderlands 3 regarding DLC, events, and optimizations, what we have right now is an absolutely stellar chapter in one of the most iconic series seen during this generation and the last. If you liked Borderlands and Borderlands 2, you're going to absolutely adore Borderlands 3. Its shortcomings do little to diminish what it has to offer, and I'll reload the game over and over and sit through a million Claptrap jokes if it means I get to keep looting.

Borderlands 3 has surpassed the bar that its predecessor had set. The story is grand in scale, the humor is on-point and updated to 2019, weapons are diverse and the new Vault Hunters are unique in every way. Every BL-fan must pick this game up.

Borderlands 3 is a love letter to fans of the Borderlands franchise. They were very loud for a long time about wanting more, and Gearbox have given them just that, serving up another enjoyable game that will have players adventuring through it’s world, or worlds now for years to come and running into old characters from prior games.
