Borderlands 3 Reviews
Borderlands 3 is able to skillfully enhance the unique selling points of its predecessors without losing its characteristic focus on cooperative gameplay and its motivations. Numerous minimal modifications within the varied maps, the pronounced individualization options within the skill trees as well as the original boss fights make it possible for Gearbox's successful series to secure the place on the genre throne as a matter of course. Despite the rather uniform main missions, the generic antagonist and its technical deficits, the co-op shooter overcomes the motivational hurdle, not least because of its improved loot offering and the mature endgame concept. With Borderland's 3 humorous charms including his loving cell sading graphic style, we are no less faced with a timeless co-op adventure that might turn our leisure activities upside down for the time being.

The game is stuck in the past with its unfunny jokes, archaic game design decisions and unwillingness to follow at least some modern trends. If words

Borderlands 3 could potentially be the best shooter of this year with so many varieties in guns and boss fights with a good looting system, it's only hindered by its bad story and annoying main villains.

A solid new episode for Borderlands, with a lot of things to do, but ten years after the original some mechanics are a bit obsolete.

Borderlands 3 is a great co-op shooter/RPG with huge amount of content and good variety of loot, locations and quests. Shooting, exploring the locations and collect new guns is fun and interesting. Especially with friends online. Problems with framerate can be annoying, but I want to play Borderlands 3 even after tens of hours, and this is important.

Borderlands 3 is a solid game for fans. It relishes in the multiplayer moment-to-moment combat, and the multitude of guns and the post-campaign game give players enough reasons to keep playing long after the credits have rolled. It won't convert those who disliked the series into fans, but it also does everything it can to keep itself true to what players liked about the originals. For those who are still deciding whether to jump in, Borderlands 3 is a good place to do so.
Most of what this game has to offer hasn’t changed since 2012. It’s more Borderlands. Decide how you feel about that.
"While our review has seemingly been more about the bad than good, it's because you know what you are getting into with a Borderlands title, and as someone who has struggled with the series in the past, I had certainly hoped that a third try would be the charm, which it has been - once you begin dusting off the New Game+ content, which is where the true meat of the game actually is."
Borderlands 3 has finally arrived, seven years after the last numbered game in the series. But in that time, while most of us were growing older and wiser, Borderlands has doubled-down on its most prefrontal cortex obsessions. There's more loot than ever, and it's more individualized, but there's very little room for other areas of growth, like in story or character. As busy as Borderlands 3 can feel, and as much as this game expands the universe, you'll still feel like all you're doing is keeping your nose on the ground, sniffing out shiny, colorful guns.
Overall, I must admit that “Borderlands 3” is an incredible game and it’s a perfect successor to the Borderlands series. However, as much as I enjoyed the game, I have my concerns for people who are new to the series.
Overall Borderlands 3 is more of the same, and that's a good thing.
Borderlands 3 is a game that is made for replayability, and it shows. It never lets you grow tired or bored with the mechanics or the grinding-looting routine.
Simply put, running through the story of Borderlands 3 was a blast.
I am attached to everything about this high octane world, I really am and I think anyone with an electrifying funky soul will be also. I got chills, they multiplied.
The latest Borderlands entry continues the series' tradition of FPS/RPG co-op action.
Start to finish I was absolutely captivated by the game and I’m eager to go back in and experience more of this incredible universe as I look forward to the free and paid updates that are coming soon which will hopefully keep me satisfied until the next chapter in the series is released which hopefully will not be as long a wait.
A strong return for the series with enough changes to make combat feel fresh and exciting, some great new characters and an awesome soundtrack. A fun time from start to finish.
Borderlands 3 has been crafted from the ground up with fans of the series in mind.
Borderlands 3 doesn't add much to previous iterations, but is a still a smart, almost rhythmic shooter with superb movement, deep RPG systems and more guns that you can shake a stick at. You might need to mute the dialogue though.
