Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts Reviews
If you’re looking for an okay FPS sniping experience, SGW Contracts is not a bad choice, but it leaves a lot of room for growth.
For now, it’s still a recommendation, albeit a recommendation that comes with some caveats.
The shift from random sniper dude who I don’t care about to shadow sniper with cool tech is a big step in the right direction for the series. As is the segmented contract system, which is something I want to see a lot more of in DLC or sequels. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts is inventive and rewarding, with so many ways to tackle the contracts, challenges, and bounties – this is a game that celebrates its replayability. While there’s rough edges, this is the most satisfying game about being a sniper for a modest price. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts executes with enough precision to reach its target.
It is a promising new direction that they are taking the franchise in and I hope the developer gets the chance to iterate on this formula as we desperately need a modern sniper game.
Ghost Warrior Contracts is an interesting stealth game with great long shooting mechanics and freedom to approach any mission, but it also has plenty of technical issues, from graphics to enemy AI.

CI Games has taken its lessons learned from the past and given Sniper Ghost Warrior a Hitman-inspired makeover. With improved sniping mechanics, and focus on replayable, open-ended sandboxes, Contracts is thrilling and tense - while nailing that perfect shot is endlessly rewarding.
Some sound and physics shenanigans don't stop this from being a fun, if occasionally frustrating, game that goes towards redeeming CI Games for the previous game's missteps.
After Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 CI Games has come back strong with Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts. It feels like a reinvention of the series, and if this is the starting block that is built upon in further releases, I’m in.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts is the most complete, balanced and technically successful episode in the series. Excellence is still missing, but we are really on the right track.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts has good ideas, but displays a number of drawbacks that can cause the work to choke a little, such as AI, camera movement or shooting sensation.

It's on-brand for the Sniper Ghost Warrior series to see its latest game quietly launched, but also like its titular sharpshooter, it ends with a bang.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts starts slow and tedious but picks up the pace as you unlock more gadgets and learn how to become a pro marksman with its intricate bullet physics system.
Although it isn't perfect, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts manages to hit its mark. With a simple yet effective campaign presentation, massive locations and stunning visuals, and the thoroughly engaging gameplay that keeps you coming back for more due to a user-friendly progression system, it's the best Ghost Warrior title to date.
The experiment of division into individual contracts is therefore not entirely successful, but lovers of the genre will certainly find bread for their teeth.

Sniper Ghost Warrior: Contracts' potential feels wasted on missions and objectives that have you putting the rifle down and trying your luck with the game's lesser systems.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts is a soft reboot that retools some of the series' defining aspects but has significant problems that hold it back from giving the series the rebirth it wanted.
For the first time, this franchise shows up some impressive sniper experience and the weapon system is interesting. But with the mediocre graphics and storyline, as well as some noticeable bugs, it's not so satisfying to play the game for a long time.
