I found the game to be refreshing, and considering the heartbreaking tragedy of AVICII during the making of it. This stands as a legacy to the amazing artist which will stand forever. Hello There Games should be proud of what they have achieved for AVICII’s fans, As well as the support they are giving towards the Tim Bergling Foundation. I give AVICII Invector a solid Thumb Culture Platinum award.

Apart from contributing to this benefit, AVICII Invector is a standout rhythm game worth your attention due to its unique mechanics, visuals, and story.
If you are a frequent listener to music then you would have heard of muscian Tim Bergling AKA; AVICII. The Swedish born DJ has produced some of the greatest tracks of this generation and has had multiple number one hits with tracks such as – Levels, I Could Be The One, Hey Brother, Addicted to You and SOS.
Hello There Games have successfully converted one of the more entertaining rhythm games released over the past years into a VR feast for the eyes and ears. The additional music packs, the Quest’s portability, and the obvious novelty of being able to play this game in VR make this port of AVICII Invector: Encore Edition the best version of what was already an excellent rhythm game, as well as a fantastic tribute to the late DJ/producer.
If you’re a fan of the late DJ himself, well this game is a no-brainer. He was clearly a great talent and the music is outstanding. But for everyone else, AVICII Invector: Encore Edition on Meta Quest 2 is still worth strapping on the VR headset and giving a go. The music is great and the gameplay is addictive and fun. If you like rhythm games but you don’t want to sweat (or risk accidentally bonking your family in the head), AVICII Invector: Encore Edition’s chill EDM vibe is the VR experience you’re waiting for.
As a fan of music games, AVICII Invector is an easy recommendation. It might not take any big risks evolving the genre, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a grand old time to be had.

AVICII: Invector is the perfect tribute to the late Tim Bergling, celebrating the music he left behind for everyone. Although initially releasing in 2017 on the PlayStation 4, this re-release can now be enjoyed by PC and Xbox gamers, with the Switch getting a release early next year. Although I initially thought the music may get old fast, due to the songs all being from the same person in a genre I don’t listen to, the different vocalists and brilliant music quickly proved me wrong. As one of the best rhythm-based games I’ve played this gen, this game deserves far more exposure than what I think it’ll get – it’ll take you on a journey which you’ll want to experience over and over again.
AVICII Invector Encore Edition presents a great combination of music and visuals. Controlling a ship to the rhythm of the sound is very engaging and fun because of the presence of good mechanics, interesting sequences of notes and intense challenge. The title revisits the work of AVICII by bringing its great hits and some lesser-known tracks in a great selection of pop-electronic music. Even those who are not a fan of the genre can enjoy the game because of the exciting atmosphere and gameplay. There is solidity in its concept and system, but the absence of extras and options is a letdown. In the end, AVICII Invector Encore Edition celebrates the musician's legacy in a remarkable rhythm game.

it’s a fun enjoyable title, and with a game like this, I don’t think you can really ask for much more.
While there have been quite a few great rhythm games on the Switch, it seems that room will now need to be made for another rock solid musically-based experience...
