It's not entirely devoid of meaningful revelations, but the questions left unanswered before Re Mind are still far more interesting than any of the new ones it raises.

This DLC has a lot of recycled material, and the payoff for trudging through it again is low

Kingdom Hearts 3: Re:Mind's new playable characters and post-game bosses aren't enough to save it from feeling like a tired retread of events experienced just last year.

Like every incarnation of the game, even the Re Mind DLC is going to both confuse and excite people en masse. But now that there's "An Oath to Return" (with a future Kingdom Hearts entry), this is all we have until the next one comes along. It'll do.

If you just enjoy the story, Re:Mind might be a bit disappointing. But if you enjoy the complexity of the combat system and extreme insanity that Kingdom Hearts Bosses can achieve, this downloadable content is like a dream come true.

Even the true fans will retreat to YouTube to watch the cutscenes, because there's nothing to entice players here. Re Mind is a dud and a total disappointment for any KH fan.

There are video games designed for the fans, and then there's Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind. The expansion is sure to satisfy die-hard fans as it explores what happens after the events of the game's ending in the most convoluted way possible, leaving its casual audience behind in the process.

The Re:Mind scenario is only appealing to two types of fans: players that haven't played Kingdom Hearts III yet or those that already mastered the game and want to challenge themselves on the hardest bosses in the series.

In short, ReMind is an operation not fully successful - especially thanks to the price at which it is offered - but at the same time fundamental for clearing up the ideas on the complicated future of the Square Enix saga.

There are many redeemable elements of Re:MIND. Its main campaign fills out Kingdom Hearts III’s ending, and King Mickey is just an epic badass. But unless you’re a glutton for punishment, it’s probably better to just catch up on the story elements via YouTube and await news of the next game in the series.

Re Mind is a non essential - yet incredible - DLC that brings some interesting content to Kingdom Hearts 3. It offers both, a new perspective of the conclusion of the game, and a new mode with a lot of challenge and mind blowing surprises that will fascinate die-hard fans of the series.

Nearly one year after the release of Kingdom Hearts III, Tetsuya Nomura and his team deliver a potpourri of various experiences, including a revisited version of the game's ending and the Limit Cut episode, in which we see again some cherished and familiar faces. In fact, the main complain we can adress to the Re:Mind DLC is its expensive price.
