Despite the difficulties of balancing linked to the delayed start of the F1 championship, the final result is definitely appreciable. The British team seems to have put in place a complete and playful articulated product, which alongside the tested guide system of the series combines new contents of excellent workmanship.

F1 2020 improves directly on the previous Formula 1 game from Codemasters. With MyTeam the developer has created the most complete career mode so far. The AI is also much more intense to fight in battles on track, which keeps single-player races interesting. Furthermore, with the casual mode, Codemasters have implemented every beginning driver can enjoy the F1 experience.

with the addition of My Team F1 2020 is more than worth the upgrade from F1 2019. Growing a team from scratch is a challenging yet rewarding experience that has a meaningful pay-off as you improve over the seasons.
F1 2020 is by far the most accessible simulation racer available, without sacrificing what genre fans love. There are dozens of menus to get lost in with customizable options, but also just as many accessibility features for newcomers. Sadly, the differences between My Team and My Career aren’t as vast as I’d have liked, but nothing really takes away from the fact that this is a damn good racer.
Overall the game is the same as F1 2019 with some tracks redesigned and with the My Team mode added. It should give people a couple seasons to go through instead of career mode, which is still available for those who want to do both. We may not be too far away from having an F1 motorsport manager game or even an add on if this keeps going, maybe for those more interested in managing rather then racing.
F1 2020 is the complete package and a massive value for anyone interested in racing games, Formula 1 fan or not.
Codemasters have not risked much in this latest installment before the generation change, although new features such as the My Team mode are appreciated.

For racing fans, F1 2020 is the real deal and the best entry in the series I can recall. Incredible replay value and management depth go a long way towards making this title one I find myself replaying more than previous iterations. Usually a season or two does it for me, but I’ve already surpassed that and intend to go back for more. Add to it the split-screen feature and wealth of accessibility options and there is more broad appeal to be had here than many of the earlier games in the series. So, if you were turned off by the simulation style of the game in years past – go ahead and give this version a go, as you can tweak your experience in numerous ways.
F1 2020 is the most accessible game of the series and with addition of MyTeam Mode and removing the annoying parts of Career and a solid gameplay it has become the best F1 game in this generation.

The deep career mode is even better when managing your own team, and the racing is superbly tactical.
Codemasters builds on the foundation of the previous years and delivers bigtime: F1 2020 is the pinnacle of the series so far. Bigger, better and more user-friendly - Codemasters may have played it save, but also creates one of the best racing-games in recent history.

Sometimes Codemasters miss the target with their annual F1 series releases, but this time, they hit it out of the park.
F1 2020, with its presentation that faithfully reproduces the transmission of another weekend of Formula 1, takes the lead as one of the best games of the genre this year. With a more refined gameplay for those who are veterans of the franchise and very friendly for those who are not very close to simulators or have never ventured into the genre, we have here a strong candidate for the best racing game of 2020.
