A very beautiful remaster that stays true to the core of the classical experience and adds more to it.

The Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is a love letter to Westwood’s classic titles, and it’s well worth the asking price, whether you are already a fan of the franchise or not.
The Command & Conquer Remastered Collection does the job, but nothing more. If you are looking for a quick nostalgia-trip, you won't regret it. Because of the outdated gameplay and the hardly restorable cutscenes, people who never played the original games won't get the right experience out of this collection.

“Command and Conquer is back in a big way in this lovingly remastered version that is bound to keep fans happy and hopefully fuel desire for new entries in the franchise”
Command & Conquer Remastered Collection shows the whole industry how to do these things. It pays homage to every aspect of the old titles while bringing them into the 21st century. A must-have for anyone remotely interested in the series.
If you missed out on the original Command & Conquer or just miss playing these old classics, I would completely recommend picking up the Remastered Collection.
Minor quibbles aside — such as the lack of an attack move option — Command & Conquer Remastered is not only an amazing remaster by its own merits, but also a great reminder that simplicity in strategy games can sometimes be paramount if we want the genre to grow. Tactical victories and complex mechanics have its space in the genre, but we do need a more direct route for a bigger audience. It’s ironic that a game from 1995 does it better than most newer releases.

Command & Conquer Remastered Collection really breathes new life into the series, even if it’s just wrapping up its two oldest games in modern clothing. It reminds players of exactly what they fell in love with about Command & Conquer, with fun, challenging missions, goofy FMV’s and awesome music.
The Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is a surprisingly great game that, with the added benefit of getting two for the price of one, also includes a bevvy of improvements, new support, and multiplayer options.
An incredible experience, Command & Conquer Remastered Collection leverages on nostalgia and delivers on all fronts, especially if you are a big fan of the series in the first place.
The granddaddy of the real-time strategy genre returns with the original two games straight from the ‘90s. Armed with cheesy FMV sequences and a doggedly faithful recreation of every nook, cranny and wart, all wrapped up nicely with a textural coat of military-grade paint (up to 4K resolution), classic Command & Conquer is back.
Command and Conquer Remastered Collection is a strong return to form for the franchise even if it doesn't meet all the criteria that gamers have to come expect from remastered games.
Despite its issues though, Command & Conquer Remastered Collection provides an excellent trip down memory lane – even if it is one that reminds us of how far videogames have come in the last 25 years. The real-time strategy might have moved on, but the Command & Conquer games still have a unique charm all of their own. Command & Conquer Remastered Collection certainly won’t win over any newcomers, but it makes for a commendable slice of nostalgia for those of us who grew up playing the games.
Welcome back to the golden age of RTS with one of its best franchises. There is enough content for the whole lifetime but there are very little improvements in its core.

Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is a treasure trove of content for fans of all generations.
Command & Conquer Remastered Collection goes back to memory, with two of the most iconic games from the '90, but this operation only shows the evolution made by the RTS.

In the end there is inherent value in a release like this, particularly from a preservation standpoint. And truth be told, playing through each campaign on the easier difficulty settings allows for the enjoyment of often cheesy but ultimately engaging b-movie stories being told to take centre-stage.
