Beyond Eyes has it's heart in the right place and on paper might have seemed like a good idea. As a game though it is slow and misses the mark leaving us with a walking sim where you can't even see where you're walking.
There's a good game buried somewhere in ReCore, but it's lost in the massive inconveniences the game throws at you. From constantly refusing to let the player move on until they complete side content (even in the middle of dungeons) to loading times that put Sonic 2006 to shame. This ensures that ReCore starts off interestingly and ends up horrid.
The PSVR version of Arizona Sunshine suffers from porting issues like horrible pop-in and wonky controls. Even beyond those issues, it's a boring FPS with a terrible main character and uninteresting gameplay.
Goliath is an ambitious project. While a lot of its design ideas are really interesting, the execution of those ideas failed at every turn.
There's a fun game buried underneath this total lack of polish, but for now, it's broken and unplayable.
This game is not good, but it is playable, and the story follows the movies pretty well.
Kingpin: Reloaded is a remaster gone wrong. With unpredictable performance issues, terrible AI, and barely improved visuals, it's hard to suggest this game for anyone at the moment. (Review Policy)
Hunt the Night wastes its potential with bad combat and a world that isn't fully realized.
Abermore had a lot of promise, but the bugs and presentation let it down majorly. This is legitimately close to unplayable.
Time Loader is a brief, puzzling journey that never even gets close to 88 miles per hour.
Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View Falls Short Of Its Inspiration, With Poor Mechanics, Annoying Characters and Atrocious Detective Work
Ironically, Night Book makes a better argument for replaying than ever starting it.
I thought the book was better.
Having a hot werewolf can't save Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood from its many problems. A boring story, super reptitive combat, wonky stealth, and atrocious butt rock are just some of the many issues.
Crossword City Chronicles is a fairy lazy mobile port which pairs repetitive puzzles with lackluster dialogue, "mysteries" which are solved for you, and grind-based mechanics
Unless you're a young child or a massive Trollhunters fan, avoid this boring, unoriginal game at all costs
Though the board game its based upon is one of the best current games in the market, this digital implementation is so full of bugs and poor design choices that it seems like Loki must have had a hand in its development.
Liberated tries so hard to rock the comic book aesthetic while telling a story about Big Brother. Sadly, it mostly just falls flat thanks to bad gameplay and crummy moments.
Wolfenstein Cyberpilot is a video game where you decapitate a statue of Hitler and somehow feel absolutely no thrill, interest, or anything vaguely resembling fun.
Crimson Keep does a terrible job of recapturing dungeon crawler magic. Instead of using randomization in effective ways, it just prolongs its runtime with padding, terrible visuals, and audio issues.
