Take away some of the fetch quests, show more Lovecraftian terror and I'll recommend Bendy And The Ink Machine to everyone I know.

Unscored - Sonic Mania

If you liked classic Sonic, you'll love Sonic Mania. If you've never played a platformer and don't understand why people are so excited for a game with graphics that your electric toothbrush can render, you might want to skip it.

Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a unique game that takes strengths from both properties and refines them into a kid-friendly tactics adventure game that keeps going long after the final boss fight, with plenty of things to collect, secrets to find, challenges to beat and even a Season Pass promising a bevy of future content.

3.5 / 10.0 - Decay of Logos
Sep 5, 2019

Decay of Logos embodies the term of 'wasted potential,' as it squanders a genuinely interesting art and sound design with a decent narrative on frustrating game design with filled bugs and stability issues. It's the kind of game you wish would've been worked on a few months more, maybe even a full year, just so it can actually release in a state that's worthy of its asking price. As it stands, Decay of Logos is horribly tedious and downright broken, and only those who can overlook such negatives can find a reason to subject themselves to it.

Standard Dishonored gameplay remains entertaining, but from concept to execution, the writing of Dishonored: Death of the Outsider leaves much to be desired.

Valkyria Revolution has two major issues that make it incomprehensible as an RPG: an inane plot driven by asinine characters.

The rise of new properties, like Titanfall and Overwatch , combined with resurgent properties, like Destiny or Battlefield, make it hard to justify the shrinking number of new ideas Call of Duty. Those who purchased Infinite Warfare on day one may not relate to anything in this article. But those with less fondness for the franchise, or just expecting IW to at least match the quality of Advanced Warfare or Black Ops 3, should probably turn their attention elsewhere.

The full version of Pixel Piracy is now available on Steam, more than six months after the game's Early Access debut, but even the most pirate-obsessed PC gamers on the planet might want to think twice before buying a copy of Pixel Piracy.

The biggest question I keep coming back to in between moments of awe and terrible frustration is, 'Is The Last Guardian any fun to play?' Ultimately, I feel like it isn't. The gameplay is too purposefully obstructed, too deliberately designed to be rough around the edges.

The odd way for Turtle Rock to hide away its characters and the occasional tech hiccup can put a big dampener on these experiences though, as well as the inevitable boring matches you may find yourself running into.

I have little doubt that Sir Galahad will join a pantheon of iconic PlayStation heroes that includes Crash Bandicoot, Kratos and many others. But it's going to take at least one more adventure, and a damned good one at that, before many gamers look back on The Order: 1886 with any sort of fondness.

If you prefer the sort of fast-paced gameplay that Visceral seems to be going for, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare did a much better job of delivering on that vision.

I have very little doubt that there's a bright future ahead for Watch Dogs, at least at the cash register, and I'm sure I'll be fairly hyped for whatever comes next in the series. But, it's hard to recommend Watch Dogs to anyone that isn't absolutely ravenous for a new PS4 or Xbox One game to play.
