I don’t think it’s a game for everyone, but if you’re looking for a fun filler game for two (or more), then you may want to give this a shot.
It’s a visual and musical spectacle that really shouldn’t be missed if you’re a fan of art.
No Man’s Sky is ultimately a disappointment, and it’s hard to recommend it at the price it is going for.
If you ever wished you could be more like Wall-E, or perhaps the idea of massive, throbbing phallus-shaped Star Plants growing as your direct and ram their heads into glowing rocks excites you, you should give Grow Up! a try
Both veterans of the series and newcomers have plenty to look forward to in this classic version of Worms
The game made me feel like an errand boy picking up the second-rate missions passed down from the infamous Samus Aran
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is more of the same from Human Revolution, with improvements.
It's in dire need of a patch to fix the difficulty, but unfortunately no patch will solve the screen tearing and frame rate issues… and in a racing game there is no bigger sin.
The real world of F1 might have had one or two dull races this year, but be assured that each and every race in F1 2016 is quite simply spectacular.
This game is so minimalist, yet so full of dark, foreboding atmosphere that I spent the whole time hunched over, tensed up as I made my way through this science fiction horror.
So, is it worth the potentially huge financial investment? That depends on you. For me, as a fan of both physical LEGO and LEGO video games, LEGO Dimensions is the perfect combo, and I'm looking forward to all the new content that will be released in the future.
Let’s just say that as it stands now, Legion is a high-point in the history of World of Warcraft and I don’t see the new-found energy of enthusiasm wearing off any time soon for the players.
If you enjoyed old-school JRPGs like Chrono Trigger, EarthBound and Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King then this game will be right up your alley.
In terms of its offerings, and with the option files and squad updates to come, I just can’t see how they can make it any better next year, but I am sure Konami have their plans.
All-in-all God Eater 2: Rage Burst is loads of fun. Combining good story, good character development, a huge variety of customisable gear, a great multiplayer aspect that can also assist you in the main story missions and a superb soundtrack.
It might be a good time if you have a bunch of friends that you can share the monotony with and build your own town, but aside from that, The Tomorrow Children won't have a lot of staying power.
What starts out as a fun adventure with a likeable bunch of characters, ends up being an exercise in teeth-grinding frustration. While certain game design choices can be forgiven, the loading times can't, not by the standards set these days.
Forza Horizon 3 is the Godfather 2 of the series. It’s taken everything you loved about the first two games, added some 100s and 1000s sprinkles of pure magic, and you now have what is arguably one of the best racing games of all time. It’s for both the driving enthusiast and the clueless among us. Forza Horizon 3 is really for everyone. If you own an Xbox One or PC you owe it to yourself to be part of this vibrant festival celebration of automobile crack.
If the story, characters and voice acting doesn’t get to you, the frustrating controls and level design might put you over the edge.
Destiny: Rise of Iron might not quite live up to what it should have been, but it gets very close. With a few more tweaks from Bungie, it might even get close to matching The Taken King.
