Titanfall 2 does not suffer from an identity crisis. It knows what it is, and what it wants, and delivers that all in an action-packed, fast paced package that comes with a stellar campaign, and an enjoyable multiplayer.

Infinite Warfare lacks the polish and action we love from the COD series. The space theme is great, but the campaign is mundane, and the multiplayer is buggy. The only star this year is the zombie mode.

There has not been a Resident Evil that we have managed to connect with in a long time. Resident Evil 7 Biohazard has changed all that. All the puzzles, all the scares, and the fantastic feeling you get while playing the game. It is a horrific, in all the right ways.

Halo Wars 2 feels like a great addition to the Halo series, and successfully makes all the battles feel believable and relatable at the same time. Sometimes the unit restrictions might feel a bit on the low side, but the game’s core mechanics, work around this.
