Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 was mediocre at best, though I will say it has a sort of charm about it that makes you want to come back if you're a fan of shooters.

If you prefer the satisfaction of solving a puzzle rather than the rush of robbing an Arcade, The Masterplan might be something worth your time.

6.1 / 10.0 - The Evil Within 2
Oct 20, 2017

"The Evil Within 2 is a pretty average horror game. It's just fine, it's not offensively bad, it's not earth-shatteringly original. It's just serviceable, though the dialogue and writing leaves a lot to be desired."

62 / 100 - State of Decay 2

A decent game that could be great if they ironed out the bugs and added a couple extra modes to keep things fresh longer.

Stayin’ alive is the name of the game—a goal that quickly becomes tedious thanks to an amalgam of frustrating visuals and a small arsenal of options.

62 / 100 - Arizona Sunshine
Jun 30, 2017

Arizona Sunshine for the PSVR just doesn't quite have the polish of Farpoint, which set a new bar for FPS VR titles on the platform. Although, if you just want to blast zombies in a VR setting it has you covered.

6.4 / 10.0 - Fade to Silence
May 1, 2019

An ambitious undertaking combining elements of survival, horror, and city building games, Fade to Silence might have been a hit if only they squashed the bugs and made a more cohesive story.

Nickelodeon Kart Racers is an unpolished Mario Kart clone, but with that being said it manages to capture the excitement of a Mario Kart race, so it's worth checking out if you don't own any existing Mario Kart titles.

NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 features many gameplay improvements over the original, and a deeper roster of superstar players thanks to the 2K umbrella, but unfortunately the experience is marred by the return of loot boxes that dictate which players you can even use.

This episode drags the momentum of this second season down a bit, so if you haven't already been playing The Enemy Within, I'd wait on picking it up until the full season ends to see if the final two episodes can make up for this rather boring third one.

This final episode of Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy series just feels a bit flat and doesn't quite offer up the tough choices that the previous episodes have featured.

65 / 100 - ELEX
Oct 16, 2017

The world of Elex is great to look at, but difficult to traverse. The mutants are unforgiving and you aren't well equipped for the job. Poor animation and an unpolished feel across the board make this a flop for the genre.

65 / 100 - Ancient Amuletor

Ancient Amuletor is a solid VR tower defense game, but due to the lack of maps and content, it can't be recommended for a launch day purchase.

"MMPR Mega Battle is a quick, little gift to fans of the series, but it falls short in a handful of ways that will most likely disappoint fans."

65 / 100 - Lethal VR

A single miscalculated shot, whether from your own poor judgement or the game’s inability to stabilize your aim, can mean all the difference when trying to complete each stage’s challenges without shooting a grandma in the head.

65 / 100 - No Man's Sky
Sep 5, 2016

Hello Games made a lot of promises that weren't kept, leading to a drop in player base and faith. No Man's Sky has infinite replayability, but doesn't have enough drive to keep me coming back often.
